The issue in GetHuman-megoonmo's own words
I booked a room (HA-DHHC*L) in Palm Desert this past weekend. Months prior to my stay I confirmed on three separate*Occasions (photos available) that there was a total of three beds. I was told on two separate occasions (photos available) that there was two full beds and one sofa bed. When I arrived to my room there was ONE bed and ONE sofa bed for a total of two beds for * people in total. I immediately called down to the front desk and was told they don’t even have rooms with two beds. I don’t think it is fair nor is this what I paid for. This is my first time using your service and I am extremely disappointed thus far. I have photos of my room as well as emails and texts with Judi who confirmed the room had a total of three beds. It was extremely uncomfortable to fit * people on two beds to the point where we had to spend our own money on an additional air mattress. Thank god the room was spacious for it. Besides this it was embarrassing to complain to the resort that we were promised a room they don’t even have there. I want to know what will be done to rectify this situation as this is NOT what I paid for.
