Reservation declined because Hertz wouldn't accept my Chime credit card. I booked through Priceline, so the Hertz person at the desk said I needed to contact them to be refunded. They said I needed to call Hertz. I called the number they gave me, but the phone tree couldn't recognize my inputs and hung up on me. Please help, I'm desperate.
