I recently subscribed to Woman's Day for a year, paid until May 22. However, I received an email claiming my account is past due. The email insists on immediate payment, offering a rate reduction if I click a link. Despite just receiving the latest issue paid through May 22, I find this messaging unpleasant. I prefer canceling the subscription over enduring further pushy renewal tactics.

I have been a loyal subscriber to HGTV magazine for more than a decade. Last September, I received an email promotion offering two free subscriptions for friends if I renewed my own subscription. After signing up, I was mistakenly billed for the gift subscriptions. Despite contacting customer service on 9-27-20 to rectify the error and being assured the charges would be removed, the subscriptions were ultimately canceled without my knowledge. I reached out multiple times in January and February to resolve the issue, with promises made to reinstate the gifts, but so far, my friends have not received any magazines. I am hoping that Hearst Magazines can send the gift subscriptions as originally promised.

I tried to subscribe to the print version of Popular Mechanics magazine, but the website was buffering, making it impossible for me to enter my information. I visited the website service.popularmechanics.com, where I found my account details. After selecting Popular Mechanics for $15 a year and providing my credit card information, I was charged $24 for a subscription to Prevention magazine that I did not select. I want a refund for the $24 and a subscription to Popular Mechanics for $15 per year. Kindly reach out to me promptly to confirm how this issue will be resolved. Thank you.

Order [redacted]19 from March 19th. I purchased two MP players with audio workouts. I've reached out via email but haven't received a response. The blue one isn't functional; it's been charging for weeks with a continuous red blinking light, but no sound output. The yellow one's light stays solid when charged but also stops playing after a few minutes, only playing 1 or 2 workouts. Seeking assistance for replacements or a possible refund. These devices were intended to enhance my walking routine, and I've been unable to use them effectively. Appreciate your help.

I recently received a renewal notice for a gift subscription to ELLE magazine for M.M. in Santa Monica. The notice is asking for $24.97 for one year, but your site shows offers for $10 for one year and $15 for two years. The link provided in the notice takes me to a page with various options, none of which prompt for my account number. I would like to renew the gift subscription for two years at the rate of $15. My previous payment was $5.99. Please clarify and help me proceed with the correct renewal. - J.M.

I am currently subscribed to Woman's Health, charged to my credit card on 5/14/21, which I do not want. I am unable to cancel through the provided website. Subscription is under the name S.R. from Raymond, NH [redacted]. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I do not want to receive any more magazines from Hearst, including Woman's Health. Regarding HGTV, I subscribed for 1 year for $5 but have changed my mind and no longer want it. Please cancel the subscription or I will dispute the charge once it appears on my credit card. Lastly, my Woman's Day subscription is still active but I do not want any future issues unless I manually renew it. I do not want to be auto-enrolled. I do not wish to receive any magazines from Hearst. Please do not contact me again, except for a response to these cancellation requests. Thank you.

I have been occasionally receiving the following magazines every month: 1. Real Simple. 2. Martha Stewart. 3. Popular Mechanics. 4. Good Housekeeping. 5. Oprah Magazine. 6. Country Living. 7. Harper's Bazaar. I did not subscribe to any of these magazines and am puzzled as to why they are showing up at my door. Recently, I discovered that one magazine was being charged to my credit card for a yearly subscription without my knowledge. I have no interest in these publications and have been discarding them. I am requesting a refund for all unauthorized charges to my credit cards for any of these magazines. It feels like a scam to be billed for magazines I never agreed to receive.

After confirming my order on Tarte, I encountered a pop-up promising up to $[redacted] in gifts for completing a survey. I went through the process but when I selected free magazine subscriptions, it ended up trying to charge me $8, which I did not proceed with. Now, I noticed a $35 charge on my bank statement for a Hurst subscription that I did not agree to or sign up for. I need this subscription canceled and refunded promptly. Thank you.

After confirming my order, a pop-up offered a potential $[redacted] worth of gifts for completing a survey from tarte. I followed through and was presented with free magazine subscriptions but was later asked to pay $8, so I opted out. To my surprise, I discovered a $35 charge on my bank statement for a Hurst subscription, which I did not authorize. I am requesting an immediate cancellation and refund of this charge. Thank you.

I have been a loyal subscriber to five of your magazines for over 20 years. However, in [redacted] and [redacted], I have experienced numerous issues with receiving them. Despite my efforts with phone calls, the situation has only worsened. Recently, I spoke to Yvonne and then Kate, who provided conflicting information, resulting in all my subscriptions being mistakenly canceled. There have been promises made but not kept regarding the delivery of specific magazines. The customer service I received yesterday was unacceptable in terms of rudeness and incompetence. I have been charged incorrectly and without authorization. Given the lack of service, I expect my magazines to be provided free of charge for the next two years as a gesture of apology. I am very disappointed in the level of disregard shown to loyal subscribers like me and intend to escalate this issue further if it is not promptly resolved. I demand a resolution from a competent and honest representative.

I have subscriptions for two magazines from your company. I ordered Country Living (Discountmags Order #TE[redacted]) on 6/6/21 and Food Network (Discountmags Order #KY[redacted]) on 6/3/21. So far, I have only received one issue of Country Living (the July/August issue) and have not received any issues of Food Network. Despite contacting the post office, they claim they are not receiving the magazines. Discountmags mentioned they confirmed with the publisher that the magazines are being sent with the correct address. Currently, I am only receiving magazines from other publishers and not those from Hearst. I am receiving those without any issues. Can you please assist me in ensuring that I receive the magazines I have paid for?

Hello, I need to cancel all magazine subscriptions I have with your company as I am currently unable to afford them. I have realized that I was overcharged for an annual subscription of the "Delish" magazine, I remember paying around 20, but was actually charged 35 on my recent bill. I believe there might be additional subscriptions under my name, Lindsay Kotouch, which I am no longer receiving due to multiple address changes. Therefore, please ensure that all subscriptions associated with my account are canceled. Thank you for your help.
