I am experiencing a few problems that need addressing: 1. The HP Smart app now signs me out every time I use it, which is a new issue as it never happened before. 2. My HP Office Jet [redacted] printer has been printing extremely slowly for the past 2 months, regardless if I print from my laptop, phone, or make copies. I've tried troubleshooting online to no avail. This printer is relatively new and is solely used for personal printing needs. I tried contacting HP support but faced several obstacles: A. I recently had major eye surgery and couldn't seek help until now due to my recovery. B. When calling customer service, I was either on hold until the call disconnected or got cut off after someone answered. C. While trying to email support, I encountered difficulties due to an error with my printer's serial number validation on the website. Despite these challenges, I've generally had a positive experience with HP products and customer service in the past. I am hopeful to resolve these issues soon by contacting the right HP department. I have been a member of HP Instant Ink for over a year, registering three printers and paying monthly fees for each. Two of my printers have been charged about $20 monthly on my credit card. I used to receive cartridges under the plan, but now I cannot find my HP Instant Ink account for my printers. I'm looking for assistance to locate the account. My name is Candace B., first registered with [redacted] and updated to [redacted] A few months back, my HP Printer [redacted] at my home in Severna Park, MD, lost connection and could not reconnect. I had received and paid for at least 8 cartridges under the plan. The HP Ink account for HP [redacted] seems to have been lost or closed due to it being offline; consequently, I stopped receiving monthly bills. Despite not removing the printer from my account, I am unable to add the HP [redacted] back, rendering me unable to utilize the cartridges received. I have relocated the HP Printer [redacted] to my condo and wish to use it with the Instant Ink cartridges, receiving billing according to my plan.

We have an HP Envy4520 all-in-one printer. We have been customers for years with this printer. Earlier this year, we moved, and since then our device won’t print. However, we are still being charged monthly for services. We would like either a complete refund for the last 12 months that we’ve been charged or to get our printer to print. It’s a great product, and we would love to have it back online and working again. Please help us. Thank you.

On November 18th, I purchased a desktop and would like to return or exchange it due to the price. I am interested in buying a less expensive one, but unfortunately, I am no longer under warranty. I wasn't able to make this request earlier due to health reasons - I broke my hand and required urgent surgery. Subsequently, I had to undergo intense therapy, which occupied my attention. On **th November, I purchased a desktop but would like to return or exchange it due to the high price. I am interested in buying a cheaper model. Despite being outside of the warranty period, I experienced health issues which prevented me from making this request earlier. I suffered a hand injury requiring urgent surgery and subsequent intense therapy, which diverted my attention. I have an HP Deskjet 4152e All-in-One Printer registered to my HP account. I haven't been using it and tried to connect it to my father's network recently. However, the HP Smart process wouldn't allow it because the printer is still registered to my account. I need to remove the registration from my account so that my father can register it and connect it to his wireless network.

I recently bought a new HP laptop from Officeworks Australia on December 9, [redacted], and picked it up through click and collect on December 13, [redacted]. However, I am facing issues with connecting to my home network. Despite trying to troubleshoot by turning off and on both the laptop and the Telstra Australia router, the problem persists. Other devices connect to the network without any problems. When I tried to register the product code and serial number on the HP website, they were not recognized. I encountered an issue updating my credit card for my HP Instant Ink account. I spoke with an HP help representative named Steven Paul at [redacted] who asked me to connect with him at www.support.me to resolve the problem. After leaving him to work on it, I discovered he had accessed my Amazon account and claimed they would deliver the ink cartridges. When the package arrived with computer wires and a pre-paid card instead of ink, I realized it was a scam. Checking my VISA account, I found fraudulent charges, leading to a total loss of over $2,[redacted]. I have reported the incident to Amazon and my bank. Please assist me in resolving this issue and obtaining the ink cartridges for my printer.

I recently purchased a new HP computer and installed an HP wireless printer. Unfortunately, my computer frequently disconnects from the printer. In the Settings, it displays the printer as offline. When I check the diagnostics, it prompts me to turn on the printer even though it's already on and connected because other nearby computers, including HP devices, can still print to it. Restarting the printer sometimes resolves the issue temporarily, but it consistently resurfaces.

I need to cancel an order scheduled for the 26th that I did not place. It was a grocery list mistakenly added to my cart yesterday. When I try to place a new order today, the unwanted shipment keeps appearing, prompting me to reorder it. The total exceeds $[redacted]. I checked with the store in Talladega, Alabama, and there's no record of this order for shipment, delivery, or pickup. I am experiencing an issue with my HP laptop where the battery is not charging. I left the laptop for repair at the Swatik HP authorized service center in Pondicherry on 31/10/[redacted]. They diagnosed the problem as a motherboard issue and requested nearly Rs. 10,[redacted] for the repair. I have paid the amount but only received an invoice. It has been around 2 months, and my laptop has not been repaired yet. Every time I contact them, they claim it will be ready in 2-3 days and provide repetitive updates like the motherboard has arrived, they are working on it, and so on, but there has been no real progress. It seems like they are deceiving me, and the invoice does not match the quoted amount. The service charge is supposed to be Rs. [redacted], but they listed it as [redacted] and added additional GST and ST charges. I feel taken advantage of. Can anyone offer advice on how to handle this situation? Thank you.

I bought Toner Cartridge #206A for my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFM M283cdw on September 16, [redacted]. However, I received Cartridge #202A instead. The charge of $[redacted].72 was deducted from my America First Credit Union checking account. After contacting HP, they advised me to return the incorrect cartridge with the provided return label to receive the correct one. I returned the cartridge via UPS with tracking number #1ZX6X[redacted][redacted] on September 21, [redacted]. Despite waiting for three weeks, the correct cartridge never arrived. After contacting HP again, I found out there was confusion with the order. I requested America First Credit Union to investigate the charge and credit my account. However, they deemed the transaction valid and plan to deduct the amount on December 5, [redacted]. Even though I found the tracking number receipt later, I no longer need the toner cartridges as I purchased them elsewhere. I would like the $[redacted].72 refunded to my checking account.

Hello, I am looking to obtain my order number. I purchased an HP Envy 6055e on January 5th. I require the order number for processing my return. After investing two entire days, one support representative concluded that my ink cartridge was faulty. Another support representative mentioned common printer problems with Chromebooks, which is what I own. Therefore, I have decided to return the printer. Regarding the HP Pavilion desktop P01-1127cpc with the ID CK9ED95AA#ABA, I am experiencing an issue with my Idrive software not working properly. I use Idrive to backup my data to the cloud automatically at night. However, after any system restart or shutdown, Idrive fails to work, and my Windows settings for startup and services are changed, showing Idrive as disabled. Upon investigating, I discovered that although I am set for automatic updates, my system is showing as Windows 10 version 21H1, but has received a Windows 11 quality update (KB[redacted]). I need assistance in understanding why my system is not running Windows 11 as expected and how to resolve the issues affecting Idrive. I had purchased a carepak for my printer 9015E that is valid until December 23. My printer broke, and I received assistance from Tanya at HP to replace it with a refurbished printer, not a new one. The replacement printer was sent on December 5, received on December 10, and we returned the original printer following HP's instructions, using the provided return label via Walgreens and FedEx. HP was supposed to receive it by December 17, which we believe they did. They charged my checking account $[redacted].57 on January 9 without my permission, in addition to the $60 carepak fee. Despite my multiple calls over four nights, they keep transferring me between departments until my phone battery dies. It's unacceptable behavior, and I demand a refund of the unauthorized $[redacted].57. The way they are handling this issue is unfair, and it feels like they are exploiting an 84-year-old customer.

I am extremely frustrated. I am unable to access most of my photos despite numerous attempts to retrieve them. Re-downloading all the photos is not a feasible solution due to the large quantity - around a couple hundred or more. This issue seems unique to HP computers as I have not encountered this problem with any other brand. After updating the BIOS provided by HP, my system got stuck at 50% for an extended period, leading to a black screen issue that has rendered my motherboard unresponsive. I tried all suggested troubleshooting steps without success, including key combinations, hard resets, and booting from a USB drive. The HDMI connection also failed to display on a second screen. This appears to be a common issue affecting multiple users online. I am seeking assistance to either reset the BIOS, replace the BIOS chip, repair the existing motherboard, or replace my HP 15 dw0083wm laptop. Given that this problem occurred following an official HP update, I believe HP should acknowledge responsibility and address this situation promptly. The motherboard model is Intel Pentium n [redacted] LS-h325p L51988-[redacted]. I kindly request HP to rectify this issue by repairing or replacing my laptop.

I reached out to HP about my warranty query and got case number [redacted]. I was assured of a response within a day, but it's been more than a week now. I believe my warranty expiration date should align with when I received the computer, not when I ordered it. The computer was purchased on 11/22/22 but delivered in mid-December. This discrepancy seems unfair as I paid for a 2-year warranty. Furthermore, I've been attempting to update my phone number with HP but encountered an issue as the system doesn't accept my cell phone number, indicating it's invalid. I solely rely on my cell phone now and this is causing inconvenience.

I have a LaserJet MFP M148dw, and there are no documents in the print queue. However, when I load paper, the printer displays "out of paper," and then it starts printing random symbols like diamonds and music notes until all the paper is used up. I'm in my eighties and trying my best to fix this issue, but I haven't been able to print anything successfully. All that comes out is paper with symbols in the left corner, nothing else on the rest of the page.
