GET MY REFUND ... HELLO, I DONT KNOW IF SOMEONE WILL B ABLE TO HELP ME OR NOT BUT MY TAX REFUND WAS SENT TO THE H&R BLOCKS EMERALD ACCOUNT BUT I DONT HAVE A EMERALD CARD OR AN ACCOUNT. THE PERSON WHO DID MY TAXES ACCIDENTLY SENT IT THERE. I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FOURTH WITH THEM FOR FOUR MONTHS ABOUT RECIEVING MY REFUND. I SENT IN THE CHECK REPLACEMENT FORM THREE TIMES. THEY SENT ME MY STATE A MOTH AGO NOW THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT RELEASING MY FEDERAL FUNDS. EVERYTIME I SPEAK TO TO SOMEONE THEY LIE ABOUT THE PROCCING AND DATE, I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR AND THEY REFUSE TO PLACE A SUPERVISIOR ON THE PHONE. I JUST WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO I NEED TO SPEAK WITH TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN FOUR MONTHS ALREADY.
I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND FOR FOUR MONTHS AND JUST WANT MY REFUND. I HAVE SENT IN THE CHECK REPLACEMENT FORM * TIMES AND THEY HAVE RECIEVED THE CHECK THEY MAILED OUT TO ME THEY I NEVER GOT, I ASKED THEM TO PLACE IN MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND
RIGHT NOW
I WAS A CUSTOMER BUT REFUSE TO BE ANYMORE
