On May 31st of this year, I bought a coupon for Valvoline full synthetic oil for my son. When he tried to redeem it, they refused, claiming a major oil pan leak and suggested buying parts totaling over $[redacted]. These parts were returned without issue. After a different repair shop found only a minor leak fixable by sealants, I am requesting a credit for the coupon. Although the refund period has passed, I have received credits for defective items in the past. Despite Valvoline's decision not to perform the service, I am hopeful their support team will provide the credit. The order number is [redacted] for $52. Please confirm this credit as I will no longer use their facility. I now prefer Broadway Tire and Auto through Groupon for my automotive needs. The Valvoline coupon purchase was a mistake, as Broadway's service excludes a full-service check included with the Valvoline offer. Thank you, Roger J Forsythe

We are currently staying at a hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona booked through Groupon (order # 1[redacted]73-[redacted]). When contacted about a dirty towel issue, the hotel offered a $[redacted] food voucher, which we have no use for since we don't plan to eat or drink on-site. The towel provided was visibly unwashed, with numerous spots. Concerned about hygiene, especially during the ongoing pandemic, I presented pictures to the hotel staff and spoke with the manager, Amy Beghtol. While the staff was apologetic, this incident has marred our rare getaway without our children. I prefer not to switch hotels mid-stay but wanted Groupon to address the situation. Hello, I recently purchased PNW float trips for my husband's birthday. We were excited about the rafting trip on the Skagit River, which is close to our home in WA. I tried to book the trip for Saturday the 16th, our only available day due to work and family schedules. Unfortunately, the company doesn't offer online booking, so I called and was directed to text a gentleman who was unavailable to talk. After multiple days of delay, he mentioned having difficulty finding a guide for our trip as he was in AK. Concerned by negative reviews citing similar issues, I am now requesting a refund to avoid further disappointment and inconvenience. On June 30, I was notified about an unauthorized purchase on Groupon. Upon further review, I discovered multiple unauthorized purchases. I am urgently seeking a resolution to prevent additional charges and unauthorized transactions. Despite attempting to address the issue through Groupon's live chat, I have not received a response. I have initiated at least 3 customer support messages with Groupon but have yet to receive a satisfactory outcome. I am feeling very frustrated by this situation.

Good afternoon, I'm looking to send a piece of jewelry from Groupon as a gift to a friend. I'm having trouble finding the "gift" link on your site and the online chat isn't helpful. When I enter my friend's address for shipping, Groupon automatically sets the billing address to hers as well. On June 16th, I purchased a "Q Spa" deal at the Hilton through Groupon for $[redacted]. Unfortunately, when I attempted to receive the order confirmation, the page disconnected, leading me to repeat the process. During the reordering, I noticed the same spa offer with a $48.75 discount, prompting me to purchase that instead. Immediately, I received a confirmation for the purchase with order number 1[redacted]49-[redacted], valid for July 1st, [redacted]. Upon reviewing my bank account the next day, I noticed a duplicate charge: one for $[redacted].25 (the purchase I intended) and an extra $[redacted], which I disputed and successfully received a refund for. However, on July 9th, I found that my bank charged me $[redacted] again, claiming that Groupon had evidence supporting the original order. To clarify, I only acquired and utilized one "Q Spa" and never received the first purchase due to the technical issue. Therefore, I seek a prompt reimbursement as I should not be charged for an undelivered item. I urge you to verify with Hilton that only one Q Spa was used by both my husband and myself.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, I have faced issues contacting Groupon, affecting my access to several paid psychic readings due to my hearing impairment. Despite my frustrations, I recently engaged in a live chat to request refunds for the unresponsive psychics. While Groupon mistakenly bundled a handbag with past readings, I only require refunds for those and not the more recent unpaid readings. Although some psychics responded, I remain unsatisfied with their services. I purchased a discount voucher for admission to Northlandz in Flemington, NJ with order #1[redacted]36-[redacted]. However, I have been unable to access the Groupon voucher page for more than 24 hours. The voucher was for 2 adults at a total of $30. The webpage displaying the voucher remains inaccessible with the message: "Groupon is temporarily unavailable. Either because we're updating the site or because someone spilled coffee on it again. We'll be back just as soon as we finish the update or clean up the coffee. Thanks for your patience." Due to this issue, we had to buy tickets at the venue and no longer require the vouchers. Kindly refund my order ($30) as I was unable to access the voucher promptly. I intend to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I encountered two issues with my recent Groupon purchases. Firstly, I booked a hotel through Groupon for next week but the hotel has no record of my reservation. Despite that, I have already been charged over $[redacted]. Multiple chat sessions have failed to resolve the problem, and I was informed it will take 7 days to sort out, which isn't feasible due to the impending reservation. Secondly, while browsing the Groupon app for details on the hotel reservation issue, I noticed three additional unauthorized Groupon purchases totaling $[redacted] that were made on different dates. Although Groupon claimed I made these purchases, I can confirm that I did not authorize or buy these deals. I was promised a refund in Groupon credits, which is not acceptable to me. I insist on a full refund to the original credit card. I plan to report this to my credit card company. I urgently require a callback regarding the hotel booking or an immediate refund for that transaction.

I have two bookings for 31 July to 2 August, totaling 2 nights at the Leonardo Hotel London. Initially, I booked at the Leonardo Tower Hotel, but due to needing 2 rooms, I made a second booking. I realized that the second booking was for the Leonardo St Pauls, which was not clear from the confirmation email I received on 14 June with booking reference #1[redacted]57-[redacted]. The address was mentioned, but not the specific hotel name, causing my group to be split between two hotels 2.5 miles apart. The website was glitchy during booking, and my app incorrectly shows 5 bookings for 31 July. I contacted Groupon about the gift cards promised for two Costco memberships I bought, one from Groupon and one from Living Social for my daughter. I purchased several suits, shirts, and ties from Groupon for my brother for our upcoming Family Reunion and Alaska cruise in July. Sadly, my brother passed away a week before our plans due to a massive stroke. I've tried numerous times to buy tickets for Bill Burr's stand-up comedy show. I selected two tickets, but when I proceeded to purchase and clicked on "buy now," an error message popped up stating the order exceeded the maximum, or I got redirected back to the main screen due to a time-out. Despite multiple failed attempts, I lost interest in buying the tickets. After checking my email, I was shocked to find multiple pending Groupon transactions for the same failed purchase. I discovered eight separate purchases on my Groupon account for the Bill Burr tickets, which I did not authorize. Currently, only four transactions are pending in my checking account, but I do not want the other four to go through. Hello, I'm Parthvi. I purchased two adult New York Passes and attempted to use them during my trip to New York. However, they were consistently marked as invalid at places like The Edge, One World Observatory, Statue of Liberty ferry, Top of the Observatory, and others. Despite contacting Go City customer support for assistance, the passes still did not activate as expected, causing us inconvenience and additional payments at the attractions. Unfortunately, the passes were of no use during our trip, and now I'm seeking a full refund of $[redacted].10 from Groupon. I have not been able to reach Groupon's customer support, hence sharing my issue here.
