I placed an order for a £94.99 mattress on September 6th. Due to potential delays related to Covid, I patiently waited for its arrival before reaching out to inquire on the status. When attempting to contact support by clicking on "Contact Us," it redirected me to my order details. After selecting 'missing order,' I was prompted to click a link to connect with the customer support team. However, after clicking 'contact us' again, I encountered an error message saying, "Oops! Something went wrong. Try refreshing the page." Upon refreshing, I received a "[redacted] request header fields too large" error. This issue persists each time I try to address the problem by logging in.

Hello Groupon Team, I am inquiring about extending a horseback riding session Groupon I purchased that expires on November 16th, [redacted]. I have scheduled my appointment for December 2nd, and the venue mentioned that they would honor the expired Groupon if I could get it extended through Groupon directly. I recently placed an order for the Women Long Sleeve V-neck Zipper Collar Pullover Tunic Top on Groupon, but quickly realized it was a mistake and tried to cancel it. Despite my efforts to cancel the order promptly after placing it, I received a confirmation email this morning indicating it was still processing. I want to emphasize that I followed the correct procedure by attempting to cancel the order immediately. I do not believe I should be penalized for any errors made by your staff, such as incurring shipping charges for an order that was canceled promptly.

I recently received an email from Lavanya V. informing me that my account was closed due to a violation of the Terms of Service on Groupon. I am confused as I have used Groupon without issue in the past. I bought a Groupon for laser liposuction from Lightrx for $[redacted].00, but during the consultation, they claimed I needed additional treatments costing $[redacted].00. Groupon refunded me with $[redacted].00 in Groupon credit. When I tried to use this credit on an Omaha steak package for $[redacted].99, my account was closed for investigation. The original payment of $[redacted].00 was made through PayPal. I am not only upset about the money but also about being accused of a violation without any explanation. In September [redacted], I visited Costco in Sunnyvale to collect my Costco membership card I purchased through Groupon. Despite the purchase including a $20 gift card, I did not receive it. Furthermore, Groupon's site mentioned an extra $20 gift card that was not provided. While Costco had trouble locating my information in their system, I did eventually receive my membership card after waiting for an hour and a half. I am reaching out to request the missing gift cards. I purchased the Costco membership via Groupon in either August or September [redacted]. I purchased a Groupon for Icombat laser tag in Waukesha, WI. Unfortunately, I made an error during the ticket redemption process and was charged the full price for the ticket instead of using the Groupon code. I mistakenly clicked the "used code" icon thinking it would activate the discount, but it did not apply the Groupon. I can verify the charge on my debit card and provide evidence that the Groupon was not used. I am in need of assistance as I cannot afford the full price of the ticket. I purchased a hotel deal impulsively on my phone without being a member of Groupon. I had to cancel the reservation, and the hotel is waiting for authorization from Groupon to issue a refund. We purchased a Getaway in September to celebrate our 20th anniversary this month. Although the payment went through and the Groupon shows as valid in the app, the hotel has no record of our reservation. Groupon representatives have acknowledged the error, reassuring us that it will be resolved promptly, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved after several days. Despite assurances to email us with a solution soon, no progress has been made. With our check-in approaching in a few days, there are concerns that Groupon may not resolve the situation in time. The Groupon website indicates that contacting the hotel is unnecessary when booking a Getaway, but according to representatives, this is no longer the case. This discrepancy is surprising considering we have never encountered such problems in past years.

Hello, as I was going through old emails, I came across an unresolved issue from May [redacted] with a laser lipo sessions purchase from Body Envy through Groupon. When I contacted them before redeeming the voucher, they provided vague information and after redeeming the voucher, they refused to provide a refund despite the misleading process and false advertising. They even tried to upsell me rather than address my concerns. I need assistance in resolving this and would like a refund to be issued to my original credit card. While on vacation in Atlanta, my spouse and I decided to book a hotel room through Groupon at the DoubleTree by Hilton. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked, and Groupon had not updated the information. The hotel staff advised us to contact Groupon for assistance. This experience left us frustrated and without accommodation, causing us to waste time, gas, and incur a booking fee. We are requesting a refund for the inconvenience. Despite having used Groupon successfully in the past, this situation has deterred us from using their services in the future.

My group purchased 3 vouchers from Groupon using two different credit cards for an ATV ride scheduled for Saturday, November 13, [redacted]. I recently booked an 8-day vacation to Costa Rica through Travel By Jen. Upon further examination, I discovered that they essentially mark up a $[redacted] vacation from Jet Set Vacations by $[redacted]. They assured me that a rental car and resort were covered, but when I contacted them to redeem my voucher, I was informed I needed to pay an additional $[redacted] for the car and $[redacted] to upgrade to a resort that was supposedly part of the initial Jet Set package they emulate. Our first hotel lacked 24/7 reception, leading us to spend the night in our car. The second hotel was overrun with bugs, resulting in bug bites similar to bed bugs on both of us. Adding to the woes, they had us fly with Spirit Airlines, which canceled our return flight. Despite Spirit's refusal to compensate us for another flight or accommodation, leaving us stuck in Costa Rica without extra funds as we are college students, Travel By Jen and Spirit are unhelpful. Despite reluctant, I am resorting to contacting Groupon to seek a refund for this unacceptable ordeal or, at the very least, have Travel By Jen removed from their site to spare others from such terrible experiences with their discourteous customer service representatives and Spirit.

I bought a Groupon for eyebrow microblading, my first time using Groupon. The salon won't honor it because they think I've had the procedure before, which I haven't. I can't use the voucher that was a gift from my husband for my birthday. I don't want Groupon credit, just a refund so I can pay for the service. It's frustrating that no one will help, and I can't reach anyone to sort this out.

I bought two vouchers for a two-night stay at JSTL Crosskeys in the Scottish Borders for 23/10/21. I made a booking for two rooms for 23rd & 24th November, but upon arrival, was rudely informed that only one room was booked. The patron blamed me and claimed he never makes mistakes. The situation escalated, and we were asked to leave. We found another hotel and had a more expensive but enjoyable stay. The patron's lack of customer care and rudeness left me wanting a refund for the vouchers. I wouldn't consider rebooking at this location due to the negative experience.

Hello, I purchased a Luxury brand mattress in size [redacted] x [redacted] on June 5, [redacted] for [redacted].78 euros with 2.99 euros for delivery, totaling [redacted].77 euros paid. After a few months of use, the mattress has deformed at the bottom. The issue continued with the mattress being completely twisted on both sides. I have photos of the product that I can send you via email. Please kindly arrange a refund for me so I can buy my parents a decent mattress for a more comfortable sleep. Upon hitting enter, the site redirected me to another page requesting payment for assistance with billing problems. I am frustrated that your company now requires a fee to address billing errors. Unless I can speak with a representative by phone promptly, I will discontinue business with your company. I am Lori Streicher. I bought a Groupon for six sessions of laser hair removal with Enhanced Health of Boca Delray. I used the Groupon on December 11, [redacted]. I was under the impression that I could use the sessions whenever I wanted, just for maintenance. However, when I tried to book my next appointment on July 6, I faced issues. After calling multiple times and leaving messages, I finally spoke to Kathryn, the owner, who was rude and had trouble finding me in their system. She claimed my Groupon number was wrong, even though I could see it on my account. She refused to listen and hung up on me. I am very upset about my recent experience with a Groupon voucher I purchased for Botox at May Klinik on August 9, [redacted]. I bought the 2 zones package for 279EUR. Although the offer for the same price is still available, my voucher was considered expired after only 1 month. I've made several attempts to follow the instructions on your website to take advantage of the promotion for the $20 Sam's Club Membership Package with Free Member's Mark Pie & $20 eGift Card after using Scan & Go. Unfortunately, each time I try, there seems to be a payment issue that prevents me from completing the transaction. I haven't received any specific error messages, just a notification that there is a problem. I bought 4 tickets for Christmas Movies at Gaylord Waterfront Hotel in National Harbour, MD, but mistakenly selected Monday, December 6th instead of the intended date. I misread the calendar and didn't realize it until after purchasing. My granddaughter has school on Mondays, and we had planned to stay at the hotel from Saturday, December 4th to Sunday, December 5th. While I understand the no refund policy, losing $90 is significant. I tried contacting Groupon, but they mentioned it's beyond their control as the tickets were sold by a third party, the Gaylord.
