Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-chimpy will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-chimpy later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
I followed the process to redeem the voucher's code for my $** Sams membership card (* year), I copy and pasted the code and when I clicked continue it says "There was a problem. For help, please review the Groupon troubleshooting info" every time. I clicked on the link to follow the process for the troubleshooting and it still says that there is a problem. What should I do to get my Sams club membership number so I can go to the store and get my card.
GetHuman-chimpy did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
