I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent purchase from your company. On 30/03/[redacted], I placed an order (Order Number: [redacted]) for 2 memory foam pillows. However, upon returning home from work on 09/04/[redacted], I was shocked to discover that only one pillow had been sent, despite the product being advertised as a set of two. I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of these items as I had guests staying over. Unfortunately, due to the error in fulfillment, I was unable to provide my guests with the necessary pillows for their comfort. I kindly request clarification on when I can expect to receive the missing pillow. Should this not be possible, I would appreciate a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I bought a Groupon in January [redacted] for a massage to alleviate some pain. Despite my repeated calls, I could not reach anyone until April, and they were fully booked until late June. The person I spoke to seemed uninterested in honoring Groupons. Even though I had been trying to book for months, they were unhelpful. On the day of my appointment, I struggled to find their location in a poorly marked office complex. When I arrived slightly late due to the confusion, the staff member was extremely rude and deducted time from my session. They also failed to provide me with necessary paperwork and continued to be disrespectful. The situation escalated, and I requested a refund through Groupon, which was a challenging process and left me short $9.80. It's disappointing to see the decline in customer service standards with platforms like Groupon.

I ordered a 48x24 3-panel split picture from Groupon but received a single whole picture instead. The instructions from Groupon on how to redeem the voucher were not clear about the specifics of the order. I followed the steps provided to redeem the voucher for my purchase but ended up receiving the wrong item. The order details were correct as per the Groupon confirmation email, but there seems to have been a miscommunication in the redemption process. Hello, my name is Ana. I bought a Groupon for "Reflections Training Studio" in Kingston in January with order #[redacted]. I got very sick at the end of February and had to move to Toronto for school. I won't be able to use the Groupon in Kingston anymore. I understand that a refund might not be possible, but I was wondering if I could get credit instead. I would like to use the credit to buy something in Toronto since I'll be living there now. On March 2nd, [redacted], I made a purchase through Groupon for services from the Memphis Commercial Appeal newspaper. The order was for a 52-week email subscription with Sunday paper delivery. I later found out there would be a 30-day delay before the service began. In response, I set up a temporary 30-day subscription that has since lapsed. I have tried reaching out to Garret three times via phone, but I have only received evasive responses from their representative.

Hello, I am a young traveler from New Zealand. My friend and I visited Miami Beach, Florida for three days from April 8th to 10th. I bought a Groupon ticket for a Banana Boat experience scheduled for 2 pm on Wednesday, April 11th with Jet Boat Miami. The total cost for both of us was $30.00. Although we arrived at the pier 30 minutes early and informed the lady at the office about our reservation, she informed us rudely that the activity was canceled and sent an email notification. Unfortunately, I missed reading the email as we were busy checking out of the hotel at that time. After expressing our disappointment, she responded impolitely, did not apologize, and advised us to seek a refund through Groupon. The entire interaction was uncomfortable due to her attitude and lack of customer service. I am wondering if there is a way to refund the Groupon voucher since I will not be returning to Miami before the voucher expires on July 3rd, [redacted]. Additionally, the voucher status on my Groupon app shows as "redeemed," potentially affecting any future attempt to rebook. I seek a resolution and hope to receive a refund to use the funds to enjoy a jetski experience elsewhere in the U.S. with Groupon.

I searched for Goroupon deals in my city and found a product I liked. I made a purchase using PayPal, but the amount charged to my credit card was significantly higher than the advertised price. After canceling the order, I experienced the same issue when purchasing a service a few weeks later. Although the confirmation email showed the correct charge, my Visa statement reflected a much higher amount due to a potential currency conversion error. This discrepancy is misleading, and I believe Groupon should display prices in Canadian dollars for deals in Canada to avoid confusion for customers. It's frustrating when the final price charged is not what was initially advertised.

I purchased a Groupon deal for Sharis Berries at a discounted price of $15 for a value of $30. However, when I entered the code provided along with the link, it showed up as invalid. Sharis Berries mentioned that the code should start with "GB" but mine starts with "LG". They suggested reaching out here for assistance. I would appreciate it if you could help me with this issue as I believe the voucher I received is not valid. The specific code in question is LG-TPK6-TT3V-1YKT-VTJX.

I placed an order on February 24, [redacted], but it has not arrived. According to the tracking information, the sheet and two pillowcases were delivered on March 3, [redacted]. I live in a secure complex that requires a phone call and a card to be left in my mailbox, which is outside the security gates. I'm confused as to why it shows the items were delivered on March 3, as they have not arrived. I would like to know who I can contact to resolve this issue. I purchased a Groupon deal for ILoveKickboxing, which included 10 classes for $50. Initially, I was satisfied with the numerous class options available, with around 30 classes offered weekly. However, after attending 5 classes without any issues, I encountered a problem when trying to book my 6th class. Suddenly, the class schedule changed, and I was left with only 6 less desirable classes to choose from, with limited options for non-members like myself. It seems that unless you agree to join as a member, they restrict your choices and make it challenging to use the classes you've paid for. Despite scheduling a class a week in advance, I discovered the booking was not even processed when I called to confirm the next day. It appears there may be a tactic to push non-members into becoming members. I only wish to utilize the classes I have already purchased without the pressure to join the club membership.

I ordered a monogram necklace in February [redacted]. After receiving my Groupon redemption code, I visited the Monogram Hub website to place my order, but the redemption code kept showing as "INVALID." Despite reaching out for help from both Groupon and Monogram Hub, I was unable to resolve the issue and felt frustrated with the process. It seemed like the only option left was to purchase the necklace from Monogram Hub at the higher original price, which was disappointing. It's clear how they are profiting without fulfilling orders. Groupon should take action to address these issues and either resolve them promptly or reconsider featuring this company's deals on their platform to avoid further customer losses.

I have tried contacting Serena Day Spa multiple times through email and chat, but have had no luck getting a response. After purchasing a microneedling treatment, I encountered difficulty reaching them for appointment scheduling. Eventually, I had to settle for a different treatment based on their recommendation. To my surprise, I realized that the price I paid for the laser treatment was lower than what they had charged me for the microneedling. When attempting to book another treatment, the spa asked for cash payment, falsely claiming I had received a previous service. I am seeking a refund of $67.75 for the overcharged amount dated March 30, [redacted]. Despite my efforts to contact Groupon and the spa, I have not received a resolution. It seems the spa manipulates negative reviews and avoids communication with clients. I want to have the funds reimbursed to my credit card ending in 92 promptly. I recently bought two Groupons that went on sale the next day. I tried to cancel my order as I've done in the past within the grace period for cancellations. However, this time I was told my order was final and directed to the fine print. Confused, I reviewed my order confirmation email, which advised reviewing or updating orders within one day of purchase. Thinking the old cancellation policy applied, I contacted customer support. After a disappointing conversation, I requested a callback and spoke with a representative who reiterated the fine print's final order policy. I requested to speak with a supervisor but was placed on hold for a long time until the call was disconnected. Turning to live chat for help, I received scripted responses and was promised an email from a supervisor within 24 hours. Feeling frustrated after spending hours trying to resolve this issue, I believe Groupon needs clearer disclosure of cancellation policies for different Groupon types. I hope to resolve this quickly and am reconsidering my future with Groupon. -M.A.

I received a Groupon gift voucher for a $35.00 Sam's Club membership and $10.00 Sam's Club gift card. The promotional period expired on 4/30/19. When trying to redeem it, I was informed the promotional time had ended. Sam's Club customer service directed me back to Groupon. After reaching out to Groupon without success, Sam's Club created incident report [redacted]68. Sam's Club chat support shared a link that brought me here. They advised me to request a new redemption code from this platform. Here is the old code: 6LX7ID7R7IBQ. I ordered two sets of Rattan Furniture, one being the Island Furniture. I have contacted you about missing pieces and the screws not aligning properly, which made assembly take my husband 7 hours. I decided not to return it due to the time already spent and you offered a £20 refund in Groupon Credit, which I accepted. However, when trying to cover it last night, the cover didn't fit. The second Rattan Furniture set includes a settee, 2 chairs, and a coffee table. I faced the same issue with screws not aligning and the glass on the coffee table not sitting right. Despite these problems, I am satisfied with the quality of the furniture.

I have a voucher for a Virgin Balloon Flight for two people. I misunderstood the process and thought printing the voucher activated and redeemed it. I recently tried to book the flight but was unable to do so as it needed to be redeemed by January 31st, which I believed I had already done. I'm worried I have lost the £[redacted] I paid. I've used Groupon before and only needed to print the voucher, which I assumed was the same for this. I really hope I haven't lost this money, as it means a lot to me. I eagerly anticipated the flight and can't afford to lose this amount of money.

I purchased a Groupon deal for 2 massages with Amy Feger, valid until May 6. I scheduled both appointments, but she cancelled one just 3 hours before without explanation via email. I had taken time off work and arranged childcare, so this last-minute cancellation was unprofessional. I tried calling and texting her, but received no response. I also emailed her but got no reply. I bought a Groupon for lash extensions at the Dallas Lash Academy. I scheduled my appointment for a Monday evening at 5:30, giving them a week and a half notice. Despite their supposed hours of 4-10, I arrived to a closed salon with no answer when I tried calling. The sign on the door still displayed the correct hours. I was left without any information or call about the closure after leaving work early to make it on time. The next day when I called, the lady explained they had to close unexpectedly on Monday evening, offering no apology. I'm upset with the lack of professionalism and customer care. I'd like a refund for my Groupon as I cannot support a business with such poor communication and disregard for their clients. This has been a disappointing experience compared to my usual positive ones with Groupon purchases.

About a week ago, my friend and I bought a massage deal from Green Massage in Chino Hills. The Groupon did not mention any restrictions to only weekdays, and as college students with weekday jobs, we can only go on weekends. We tried booking but were only waitlisted. When we called again, they were fully booked. It has been challenging to secure a weekend appointment. Both Christina Cruz and I would like to swap our vouchers for our regular spot at Imperial Health Spa, where weekend bookings are easier. I purchased two tickets from Groupon on February 15th for $[redacted] each. However, I encountered issues accessing my account and was unable to contact anyone for assistance. After unsuccessful attempts, I contacted Discover to dispute the charges. I have since received a refund from Discover due to the lack of communication and support from your company. It has been over a month since my initial contact, and I am relieved to have resolved the issue.
