I arrived at my destination in San Bernardino on Sept. *st a bit early around *:** instead of the scheduled time of *:**. My check in luggage was not at my destination, I was told it was taken off at another destination?? I got information that my luggage was going to be back at my destination in San Bernardino the next day on Sept the *nd. By the time I got there, my luggage was taken to Los Angeles? I have tried to speak to supervisors and customer service reps, no one seems to want to help. I would like to know why my baggage was taken to another destination when it was to be left at my destination. I need to get my luggage back but no one seems to be able or care to help. I have called several numbers given to me, all which ended up dead ends, I've been given disconnected numbers and numbers that just simply do not connect?
