I am inquiring about renewing my Walmart MoneyCard from Green Dot through either Walmart or Green Dot as my card expired on 04/22. Despite reaching out to various representatives through calls and online chats, I have not been able to find the right assistance. The number provided on the back of the card did not direct me to the appropriate department since my card was neither lost nor stolen, only expired. I simply require a new card to be issued to me. I am looking for guidance on how to resolve this issue and have a new Walmart MoneyCard sent to me since my current card has expired. My card contains $[redacted].00, but the numbers on the back were accidentally scratched off too hard, making it impossible for me to access my funds. I've attempted to reach out to your deposit support link multiple times to submit a help ticket, but unfortunately, I keep encountering an error message preventing me from doing so. Despite entering the number in various ways and even leaving it blank as instructed, I have not been successful. I have attached a screenshot below showing the error message I am receiving and included images of both the receipt and the damaged card. I kindly ask for your assistance in retrieving my funds as I have already experienced enough issues with this service and do not want to fall victim to any more scams.

I'm having issues with the app. They mentioned my ID wasn't approved possibly due to an unclear picture, leading to my account getting declined. I attempted to resubmit my photo twice without success. Moreover, the customer service number indicated a discrepancy with my social security number, but no response from email. I urgently need to resolve this as my doctor's appointment has been rescheduled twice, and missing it for the third time would be critical since the service is unavailable on Fridays, and I rely on medication. I'm in desperate need of assistance. Please help me.

My account was unexpectedly frozen by the company without notifying me. They claimed my card was compromised, which I find hard to believe as I have kept it secure. It has been almost a week now, and if it is not resolved by Monday, it will be ten days. My social security disability funds are directly deposited into that account, and I urgently need access. I am seeking the contact information of the appropriate person or address for a discussion before considering legal action.

I encountered a frustrating situation trying to solve an issue that should have been straightforward. The individual assisting me didn't seem knowledgeable. Initially, I considered using Green Dot for significant funds, but I am presently uninterested in maintaining an account with either Green Dot or Go2Bank. I've switched to using Cash App, although it's not ideal either. My plan was to utilize Go2Bank along with a Green Dot card. I am anticipating an inheritance of over $[redacted],[redacted] as well as a few million dollars. I had an unpleasant interaction with a representative from another country and repeatedly requested to speak with an American representative without success. I purchased a Green Dot card from Dollar General with $75 loaded on it on December 3rd. I am unable to access the funds as the card seems to be registered under a different name. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, no resolution has been reached. I have been trying to contact Green Dot since December 4th to address an issue with my card. I need the $75 I added on December 3rd to send to my daughter for food. I am requesting the unblocking of my account. The decision to block my account, supposedly for my benefit, has had the opposite effect. My inheritance funds are blocked due to sending out $[redacted] in bill payments. I am considering legal action to resolve this matter. The account has been active for a year and a half with consistent activity. Please unblock the account promptly. I hold an account with the same details under the name Marcus Cargill.

I am Barbara E. from Monterey, Louisiana, and I received a Green Dot card as a gift from one of my sons on Mother's Day. We were unaware that using the card would open a bank account with Green Dot Bank. After spending the funds on the card, I discarded it, only to later receive mail from Green Dot informing me of the opened account. I am frustrated because there is still $1.95 on the card, preventing me from closing the account. I did not intend to open a bank account, and neither did my son. The letter from Green Dot states that I can close the account by spending the remaining balance of $1.95, which I am unable to do without the card number. I am concerned about the situation possibly being a scam. My birthdate is 06/10/[redacted].

I've been on the phone for over an hour trying to get another card. At the end of the conversation, I was asked 3 questions which I answered. Initially, I was told they were all correct, but then she said they were all wrong. Now, they want me to send a picture of my license or I guess I won't get a new card! My account was compromised, which is why I need a new card. What can I do to get another card? I know where I lived and who I am, so now what? If I have to jump through all these hoops, I'm just going to close my account. I've had this account for many years.

A few years ago, I purchased a Green Dot prepaid card with either $[redacted] or $[redacted] on it. I used it in Aberdeen, MD [redacted] and Havre de Grace, MD [redacted] a couple of times. Unfortunately, while at the Royal Farms in Havre de Grace on Revolution Street, the ATM retained my card with over $60 balance. I struggled to reach a customer service representative to resolve this issue until recently when I found some contact numbers for assistance.

I've tried numerous times to resolve this issue. On December 20, [redacted], I bought a Green Dot card as a gift. Despite registering it multiple times, I have been unable to access the initial funds. I have spent countless hours on this problem without any success or the chance to speak with a representative. My account was compromised, resulting in stolen funds and changes to my password and contact information. While I am thankful for being reimbursed for the stolen money, I am now experiencing issues with payment reversals to Amazon and my electric company. Despite Green Dot's denial of these reversals, I continue to receive notices from the companies requesting payment. I have already spent over 4 hours speaking with Green Dot's customer service without resolution. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with upper management, preferably with an American representative, as I have found it challenging to communicate clearly with some of the foreign customer service agents. I am supposed to receive my refund check of $21,[redacted]. However, the IRS informed me it was deposited onto a Green Dot card and advised me to contact you to trace it. I bought a green dot prepaid debit card and loaded $[redacted] on it, excluding the $2.95 card fee. However, I've been unable to access my funds since day one due to registration issues. Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts to register, the contact number provided on the card doesn't seem to work. After several phone calls, I managed to reach a representative who requested pictures of the card, front and back, and the receipt. Approximately 20 days later, they informed me that there is no money on the card, which I find hard to believe since I haven't used it yet. I'm confused and frustrated as I simply want my money back or assistance in registering the card.

I recently purchased a VISA Debit Card from Dollar General labeled MY REWARDS. I loaded $[redacted].00 onto it to pay a bill, but I am unable to register it via phone, online, or the app. Each attempt gives me an error message stating they are unable to approve the request at this time. I've been trying since 1 pm and it's now past 6 pm, spending over 5 hours on this. I have not been able to pay my bill and cannot access the $[redacted].00 on the card.
