I have noticed an unauthorized charge of $2.25 on my account each month for the Google call app, even though it is supposed to be free for others. Additionally, I purchased some Audio books through Google Play Books that have not been delivered. I seem to be getting charged for various things that I haven't used or received. I believe in Google and think it will be the last one standing. I would appreciate it if someone from Google could contact me at [redacted] to look into these charges and resolve the issues. Thank you, Google Representatives. Have a great day. Email: [redacted] - Kevin W.

Hello, I set up an email address for my child years ago, but after changing computers, I can't access the account. I've been trying to recover it, but I can't verify myself. My child, now 18, wants access to her account, which is her first and last name, but we're struggling to get in. Can you assist us in accessing: [redacted] Thank you. -Eva

My phone was cloned, so I had to get a new one. Dealing with Google has been incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. I'm unable to access my emails now, and creating a new account is impossible due to security measures. It's ironic that while this security is meant to protect against hacking, it's preventing me from accessing my own information. I would prefer speaking to a real person rather than dealing with artificial intelligence. Thank you for making it difficult for me to retrieve my information.

I had four Google accounts, each with a specific purpose. After downloading an app, I needed to verify my identity, so I used Google Authenticator to do so for one account. Unfortunately, I mistakenly saved the information to my Drive account. When my phone stopped working, I had to replace it, and now I can't access my Google accounts. I've created a temporary new one for now. My name is Chekesha Clifford, and I reside at [redacted] Lake Drive NW, Winter Haven, FL [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] The emails I need to recover are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] It's crucial for me to retrieve these accounts as they contain important Supreme Court documents, contacts, photos, and more.

I am unable to access my email account linked to my Amazon account with the email address [redacted] I have several alternate emails with similar addresses, varying only in the number after my last name. These include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] The password for this account was saved in my browser as I had trouble remembering it. Unfortunately, the phone number associated with the [redacted] account is outdated and I forgot to update it. If I cannot regain access to this account, I will need to create a new Amazon account and will lose access to my previous orders. I hope to avoid this scenario and recover access to my original account.

Hello Google team, I am Robin Eugene Mel Reid, born on September 1st, [redacted]. Sadly, I was severely beaten and robbed of my phone and belongings on March 1. I had to change my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted] out of fear for my safety. However, I neglected to consider the impact this would have on recovering my Google account, [redacted], on my new phone. When I attempted to sign in on my new device, my password didn't work. Despite trying to recover my account, the six-digit code was sent to my old number, which I no longer had access to. After numerous unsuccessful attempts through Telus Mobility, I felt hopeless about regaining access to my account. If the Google team could assist me in retrieving access to my email, [redacted], I would greatly appreciate it.

I own an 8th generation iPad and recently discovered that my Google account shows it signed in on both my iPad and a Mac. Despite signing out on both devices and signing back in only on the iPad, the Mac still appears as signed in. I attempted to remove both devices, but Google only allows signing out, keeping them on a list of signed out devices. A forum suggested that it might be how the device presents itself to Google. Seeking help, Apple directed me back to Google, creating frustration. It feels as if my iPad was compromised by a Mac. I wish Google provided more information and control over devices accessing my account.

Hello, I encountered an issue where my personal Google account ([redacted]) became entwined with the Google account I use for TurnKey Coaching Solutions ([redacted]). Despite efforts made with Google support to separate them in the past, I recently discovered that I have been locked out of my Google Tag Manager account for TurnKey Coaching Solutions. Currently, the Tag Manager account is empty, lacking the content I had previously set up for my sites. I am the sole administrator for this account and would like to regain access to the containers, workspaces, tags, and other items associated with my [redacted] account. Your assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received a notification from Youtube stating that my refund would be processed in 3-5 business days. However, the very next day, I received an email indicating that it would take 60 days to receive my refund. This conflicting information is frustrating as I have now been waiting for over 7 days. I have provided both YoutubeTV and myself with a copy of the original refund and order number. I am seeking prompt clarification regarding this issue. If necessary, I will consider pursuing legal action if the matter is not resolved satisfactorily. My experience of being charged and then promptly refunded within an hour, despite not using the services for more than a few minutes during a free trial, has been very disappointing. I only wanted to watch a specific baseball game that was not available as advertised. I am disappointed by this situation, akin to past encounters with other service providers like Amazon and PayPal.

Over the weekend, I discovered that my Gmail account was hacked. I received a notification on my phone informing me that my password had been changed hours earlier. When I tried to access the Gmail app, I found that I had been signed out of my account. Unfortunately, I didn't have the verification app they mention, and I also failed to set up an alternative email for notifications. Whenever they try to send an alert about my password change, it goes to the email I can't access. Every time I enter the old password, I receive a message stating the password was changed recently. I am unable to contact anyone to report that the IP address is not mine. I urgently need to regain access to my account or delete it.

Lately, there has been a significant change in the search results I receive. Previously, the top results I saw would vanish in a split second, making way for commercial links like Amazon and Expedia. This shift is causing inconvenience, especially for my work at the Spanish daily newspaper la Vanguardia. For instance, when I search for "Google help," the results initially show Google help as the first entry. However, in a second, the results change, and I end up with commercial links, which disrupt the search experience. Is there a way to revert to the previous search system?

Subject: Assistance with Recovering Google Account Hello, I find myself in a challenging situation as I no longer have access to my Gmail account and suspect it's been compromised. Despite following the necessary steps to recover my account, I remain locked out. Unfortunately, I overlooked adding a recovery email and my old phone number linked to the account is inactive due to my recent relocation. While I never set up the Google Authenticator app on my iPhone, I do recall the answers to my security questions and other details from when the account was created over 8-9 years ago. Regrettably, Google's automated account recovery process isn't providing me with the options others typically see. Instead of being prompted to provide my old password or other verification methods, I keep circling back to the Google Authenticator code which is hindering my progress. I urgently need to reach Google to assist in recovering my account. Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated, considering the time sensitivity of the issue. My email account is crucial, and I'm hopeful for a resolution soon. Warm regards,

I am facing a serious issue as my phone has been stolen. Unfortunately, I am encountering difficulties logging into my Google and Facebook accounts to track my phone for potential recovery. This situation is highly inconvenient as I solely rely on these platforms for necessary communication and tracking my device. I am unable to access my phone for verification through number matching or receiving an SMS. In addition, my other devices, like my laptop and tablet, were also stolen along with my phone, leaving me with no alternative devices to log in with. Regrettably, I am not in touch with most of the friends listed for account recovery assistance. This is causing a significant delay in recovering my devices despite entering the correct password due to the inability to verify my identity. Accessing the Find My Device feature is crucial, but it is inaccessible without logging into my Google accounts. I am unable to reach out to friends or family for help as I cannot access my emails or Facebook Messenger. I urgently require assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I recently broke my previous phone where I'm logged into my account, and the screen no longer turns on. I now have a new phone with the same number, but none of my information transferred over. My account is linked and saved with my Gmail, which I need to recover at [redacted] I can't recall my current password, but I remember previous ones. The new phone I got is a Moto G Stylus 4G with the number [redacted], which was also the number for my previous phone. Before that, I had a Samsung Note 9 with the number [redacted], which I stopped using in February [redacted]. My entire life is in that account, and I desperately need help. I am struggling to access my Gmail/Google accounts after forgetting my password. I have attempted to reset it multiple times but the process seems to loop back without providing the security questions. Even the recovery steps do not work as I am locked out of my recovery email as well. The system asks for a second verification but I cannot receive the email due to being locked out. The message prompts me to wait 48 hours for an email, but it's impossible to receive it when I can't access my account. I am incredibly frustrated. If someone could assist me, please reach out at [redacted]. My Gmail account is provided below, although it's currently inaccessible to me.

I am attempting to access my old Google account at [redacted] The landline phone number I initially registered with the account had to be changed due to an overwhelming amount of unwanted calls, including robotic and spam calls from Google's partners. As a result, I changed my home phone number without updating it on Google beforehand. Now, Google is trying to send a verification code to my old phone number, which has been disconnected, leaving me unable to access the code. Due to not recalling my password, Google has locked me out without providing alternative sign-in methods like answering security questions or verifying the changed phone number already on file. I seek assistance in recovering access to this account. Contact me via phone, email, or at [redacted].

I have been fraudulently charged over $[redacted] by Google. Someone created an account using my name, and all my money was taken. I have been trying to contact you since July. I spoke with Cash App and my credit union, but Google keeps directing me to create an account, which I am not willing to do. I cannot afford to be scammed again. I have tried to involve the police and filed a complaint with Cash App through whom the transactions occurred. Google keeps sending emails to an address that is not mine. I do not play games on my phone, and I am 63 years old and a widow. The money taken was meant to pay for my husband's death expenses. I am still trying to recover my funds, which were taken between July 17 and 29. It's incomprehensible how that amount of money was spent on games so quickly. I don't even have a Google account, not really.
