I created a Gmail account when I was younger but have forgotten the password. This account contains important information, but I'm struggling to regain access. I had set my recovery email to my childhood friend's brother, who has since deleted the email due to personal reasons. Furthermore, the recovery phone number is no longer valid as it was my old number. I tried reaching out to the current owner of that number, a landline, but Google only sends verification texts now, making it impossible to receive the necessary code. I've attempted to contact Google's support numbers, but I only hear automated messages before being disconnected. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I recently got a new phone, and there was an issue with the battery overheating. Unfortunately, I accidentally broke the screen in the process, and right after that, the screen stopped responding. I had to buy a new phone, but now I can't access my Gmail account because Google thinks it's been hacked. I changed my password 11 days ago, and I can't remember the new one. I need to log in to my account to transfer everything to my new phone so I can sell the old one. I need to verify my Google account to access my contacts and apps, but I can't receive emails as I can't log in because of the security lock by Google.

A few weeks ago, my phone was stolen, and the 2-step authentication was linked to it. I am unable to reset it as the thief created a dummy email by removing the period in the username and locked the account. Despite numerous attempts to reset the password, even using my phone number, nothing works. Every time I call, the system hangs up on me. I rely on this account to contact my attorney, business associates, and network of resources. All my important documentation is verified through this account. I urgently need access as it affects my domain, tax account, and even my bank accounts. The situation is critical, and I cannot wait any longer.

I have been using my [redacted] email for many years. I am a mother to 3 young boys and recently left a domestic violence situation which resulted in me getting a new phone and phone number. Unfortunately, I forgot the password to my Gmail account and cannot recover it using my old number [redacted]. The other number [redacted] belongs to my abuser, so I cannot use it for account recovery. I need access to my email as it contains important information. I'm seeking assistance in regaining access to my account named [redacted] A few years back, I established a brand called All Things Hentai. Later, I sought to create a Gmail account for it but couldn't recall the process. I asked one of my key moderators to set it up using the password I provided, but unfortunately, this was not done. When I tried to access the account later, I realized I was locked out. Consequently, I proceeded to create a new account named [redacted] to manage my Reddit activities. However, when I reached out to my moderator for the password, he reacted negatively, blocking me across social media platforms and even shutting down my Reddit account. Fortunately, I managed to regain access to my Reddit account after some time. On 5/13/21, I had Clash of Clans on my Android phone which broke. I downloaded it on my iPhone and reached out to support for help to access my existing game. I faced delays in responses as Sara eventually asked for my original email password and first purchase receipt. I struggled to locate this information but eventually provided it. To my shock, Sara accused me of unauthorized account access and exploitation. Despite my pleas and request for a supervisor, I was left without a resolution. I do not have the skills or intent to engage in such activities. Accusations without evidence are unfair, especially given my lack of computer expertise. I purchased a Pixel 4 from Best Buy in September [redacted] and have been pleased with it overall. Recently, the loudspeaker stopped working, affecting various functions like the phone ringer and text notifications. After seeking help at Best Buy's Geek Squad, I was directed to address the issue through Google's warranty process, only to be redirected back to Best Buy. Eventually, Google suggested I visit UBreakIFix in Mishawaka, Indiana. Following multiple visits and assurances that the issue was fixed, I discovered the problem persisted. Despite multiple trips and miscommunications resulting in delays and blaming, my phone remains broken, requiring further visits to UBIF.

1. I am frustrated with the inability to speak to a real person at your company. It's unacceptable to be constantly denied the opportunity to speak to someone directly. It seems like a deliberate choice to prioritize profits over customer service. This lack of human interaction feels disappointing and indifferent to customer needs. 2. I am fed up with Gmail's unnecessary auto-correction feature. It transforms words like "hopes" into "Hope's" and "bills" into "Bill's," causing unnecessary errors in my emails. It's exasperating to constantly proofread to correct these changes. I urge Gmail to stop this overly aggressive auto-correction that distorts common plural words, making communication more challenging than it needs to be. Please, just stop trying to be overly helpful as it only leads to more hassle for users.

I suspect that someone is accessing my phone without my consent. I keep receiving notifications about dual Sims and Cash App activities that I haven't authorized. It seems like my files have been tampered with, and unauthorized downloads are showing up in my Google accounts and Chrome browser. This issue has persisted for quite a while, leading me to change my Gmail account multiple times to no avail. Today, I received a notification from Verizon about an attempted password change on my computer. I urgently require assistance in securing my Gmail account and thoroughly checking all activities linked to my phone number and Google accounts.

In March, my account was hacked, and although I changed my password multiple times, the hacker kept accessing it. Recently, I managed to log in, but now when trying to get a code through my phone number, it says it went to a phone I don't recognize. I've had this email account for over a decade, and it contains important photos of my family. I suspect my ex-husband or his girlfriend might be involved because they have used my daughter's name under my account. Over the years, I've had a few different phone numbers associated with my Gmail account.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding unauthorized charges on my mother's and my debit cards. I have been attempting to contact customer service but have encountered disconnected phone numbers. When I finally spoke to a representative, they insisted on selling me additional products before assisting with my dispute. Despite numerous requests to report the unauthorized charges, they delayed providing a confirmation number until I complied with their sales pitch. I would like to contact an NBC executive regarding the show "New Amsterdam." While I used to enjoy the show, the new season has focused heavily on a "woke" political agenda. The main actor addresses topics like the environment, healthy eating, and native American rights in every episode, pushing for changes in the hospital. One episode even showed him removing beef from patient menus and promoting plant-based foods, which I found overly preachy. Around two weeks ago, I misplaced my Samsung S20 phone, which contained all my passwords. Unfortunately, after losing it, I couldn't recall the passwords to my Gmail and Yahoo accounts. To complicate matters, these two accounts were linked, with one serving as the recovery email for the other. Recently, the Yahoo account started using the Gmail account to log in. Now, when I attempt to reset my password, the verification code is sent to the Yahoo account, but I can't access it without first logging into Gmail. This situation has caused me a great deal of frustration, especially since there are vital emails, including my paycheck, that I urgently need access to. I opened an account on Google named "The Fluffy German Cook," and some Google websites created a cooking class for $25 without my permission. This is illegal, and I want the site to be shut down immediately. My name is Oliver H., and I live at [redacted] East Wing Street in Arlington Heights, IL [redacted], Suite [redacted]. Please take action promptly. I will be closing this account on Facebook and Wix.com as well. It is unacceptable for companies to act in this corrupt manner. I am having trouble accessing my secondary account due to a phone number issue. The verification code is being sent to an old number that is no longer in use. My new phone number is [redacted]. Google is recommending the use of an 8-digit backup code, but I am unsure where to find it. I use this account mainly for buying books on Amazon, and Google is the only one who can assist, according to them. I have been receiving warning emails about someone trying to access my account, but it was just me. I am 81 years old and struggle with technology, so any help would be appreciated.
