I didn't plan to continue after my free trial. I noticed a $64.99 charge on my account that I'd like refunded. I've been searching for your contact information for days without success until I saw the charge. After calling, I found the website for help and managed to cancel my account slightly after the trial expired. I want to avoid the $64.99 charge and have it refunded.

Google has unexpectedly transformed my personal email address, which I originally obtained through Google's service, into a commercial platform. I prefer to maintain my email solely for personal use, connecting with family and friends as I have for many years. I am considering advocating for governmental intervention to break up Google's monopoly due to their aggressive actions. The absence of telephone customer support appears to prioritize profits over customer service, which is unacceptable.

My boyfriend installed my tablet on his phone, took over my account, changed passwords, and set up new accounts to receive reset links. He then permanently erased my data and archives. He's accessing my Google Drive, Gmail, cloud, and all my account passwords. I need help to recover and close any accounts I didn't open, as he can read all my messages. My phone number is [redacted]. I also need guidance on how to uninstall my tablet from his phone. Please refrain from emailing me as he will have access to it.

Hello, I reside in a rural location in Osage Beach, MO. The GPS mapping shows my driveway as a through street, causing delivery trucks like FedEx to use my private gravel road, which I have to upkeep at my own cost. This is leading to damage. Is it possible to remove this route from the GPS system to prevent this from happening in the future? Thank you for addressing this issue. -Rich Z. [redacted] [redacted]

I recently switched from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 12, and I had Google Authenticator installed on my old phone. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my iPhone 8 after turning it in. While setting up my new iPhone 12, I discovered that Google Authenticator had reset, leaving me locked out of programs that rely on 2FA. Since I can't disable 2FA for specific programs without being logged in, I'm at a loss on how to regain access.

I'm having trouble accessing my account. I tried the "forgot password" option, but after entering the last password I remember, it didn't work. Then, it asked me to try another way and sent a code to my phone, which I did not receive. I requested the code to be sent to my alternate email, but after trying again, it said there were too many attempts. Now, the option to enter the code is turned off. My Gmail is [redacted]

Hello, I am utilizing a Nokia 7.2 with Android 10 in its original state before installing any additional apps. Right from the start, the language setting was US-English. I made the purchase of the phone this September, and a few weeks later, I encountered an issue. Despite my extensive experience and numerous Microsoft certifications, I am relatively new to Android. I have been in touch with Nokia support since October in hopes of resolving this problem to no avail. Unfortunately, they are unable to assist me in permanently disabling the Reuters news playback feature that keeps bothering me and driving me crazy. Here are a few key points: 1. Google Assistant is enabled. 2. The Reuters app is not installed. 3. I find Emails, Weather, and Assistant News notifications in my silent notifications bar; however, I do not want the phone to automatically play news from Reuters when I tap on Assistant News, even though the Reuters app is not installed. Despite attempting a hard reset and exhausting all troubleshooting steps with Nokia support, the issue persists, and it is truly frustrating me. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide. Thank you, J.K.

As a Google Whah Wah Wah Club member, I've had multiple interactions with tech support. During these calls, I've heard various noises in the background, like dogs barking, chickens clucking, children playing, and cars passing by. This has contributed to my dissatisfaction with the service. Despite my efforts over the past three weeks, I have not received proper assistance from the remote support team, some of whom struggled with language barriers. I've been unsuccessful in reinstalling my Google Mini Home for over two months, as well as in changing my password due to continual invalidation. I'm beginning to suspect that this may be a scam. It's disappointing to learn that you are not associated with Google in any capacity.

I'm experiencing a problem with my Google Chrome browser or perhaps my Google account. When I search for something once, it appears in my history multiple times, up to 30 instances. This issue occurs sporadically throughout the day and doesn't happen with every search. I've had my phone replaced by Motorola, but the problem persists. It seems impossible to get in touch with anyone at Google directly. While I understand you may not be able to resolve this as you're not affiliated with Google, any assistance would be valuable. Thank you, Rick.

I recently purchased a Pixel from the Google Store, but later found out the same phone came with a $[redacted] promotion on the Google Fi Store. When I reached out to Google Fi support, they mentioned that I had to order directly from the Google Fi Store to get the promotion. I'm wondering if I still qualify for the $[redacted] off through Google's Price Match policy. However, the Google webpage only lists authorized resellers like Walmart and Target, not the Google Fi store. Is Google Fi considered an authorized reseller as well? I've tried contacting other support lines, but due to Covid-19, I haven't been able to speak to anyone. Given Google's size and technological capabilities, it seems feasible for their support staff to work from home with access to necessary systems.

I need assistance with a phone that has been hacked, resulting in multiple email accounts being compromised. This has happened after buying several phones that were also hacked. My new email addresses linked to Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft accounts seem to have been synched to someone's desktop, their computer, and their brother's tablet due to us sharing internet service. Now, this person has access to my personal information, including my social security number and bank account number. I was unaware that my Chase account had been affected, and there are concerning activities on my accounts and bank. I urgently request to have my phone numbers blocked and these email accounts removed from anyone else's access. I want to ensure that only I can access my accounts and emails from my phone. I would like this to be recorded as of the current date and time. My name is Charity Faith Holder, it is 3:19 on December 2nd, [redacted]. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I own a Nokia E5 phone, and I need assistance with blocking certain names and accounts from being able to contact me or access my information. I am concerned that my phone has been hacked, and I have just realized that my data may have been accessed on various devices without my knowledge. I urgently require help to secure my accounts and ensure that only my information is being used. I am in the process of addressing legal matters related to this breach and need immediate assistance to protect my privacy and security.

I would like to close my Google account associated with the email [redacted] I was paying for two additional users on this account, with Google deducting $12 per month. I have removed my debit card details from the account settings and request that no further withdrawals are made. Please proceed to close the account linked to my old email and ensure no additional charges are incurred. Thank you for your assistance. - Bernardo M. Munoz

My phone has been hacked multiple times. On November 21, [redacted], my Google account password was changed without my permission. I've tried to recover my account with the help of two local Google customer service representatives, but have not been successful. Every new phone I purchase gets hacked, and recently, I've been repeatedly signed out of my Google account. In September, someone used a phone stolen from me to open accounts in my name, which resulted in me receiving verification code texts for Facebook and Messenger accounts I didn't create. Now, my Google account has been closed due to suspicious activities. I believe these hackers should be prosecuted. If needed, I can provide more information about them.

I am creating websites for limousine services and want to add pictures of antique cars to the about page. These images aim to provide entertainment for readers and serve as an educational tool for young individuals to learn about the past. I am wondering if this complies with Google's guidelines or if it may negatively impact my website's ranking. I strive to adhere to Google's regulations. Thank you, D.F.

My 15-year-old has had a Google account for over a year now. Recently, he received a message asking him to confirm his birthday to continue using the account. The message states that to verify his age, he needs to provide a credit card number or a government ID. Given his age, he doesn't have either of these. We are unsure if this is legitimate or spam. We're hesitant to click the "confirm birthday" box without confirmation. The account receiving this message is [redacted] Any advice or insight on this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you.

My 15-year-old has had a Google account for just over a year. Recently, he received a message asking for confirmation of his birthday to continue using his account. The message requests either a credit card number or a government ID to verify his age. I am concerned this might be SPAM. Since he is underage and does not have a credit card or government ID, we are unsure how to proceed to confirm his age. Although there is a "confirm birthday" box in the message, we have not clicked on it as a precaution in case it is indeed SPAM. The account that received this message is [redacted] Please reach out to me at [redacted] to advise if this message is legitimate and provide guidance on the next steps.

I experienced an issue with a website this morning where I couldn't be identified. While checking my Chromebook settings, I discovered that my outdated email was linked to my account. I updated it to my current email, but now I feel like I am not the rightful owner of my Google account. Upon logging in, I see two accounts on the start window - one functioning properly, but occasionally requiring verification, and the other inaccessible. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I'm facing issues with the Google Authenticator app on my Android as it's not generating a validation code for my 2-factor verification. I've verified the time sync and it's correct. I'm trying to reset my email password but have forgotten it, so I can't access my mail. Additionally, accessing my Coinbase account requires 2-factor verification, where I'm encountering difficulties. I've contacted their technical support since October but have not received any responses. I've gone through the 2FA troubleshooting steps, checking for updates and compatibility, with no success. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.
