On March 4th, I purchased the domain profitpulsefx.com for $14.60. Today, on March 11th, I received an email from GoDaddy stating that $[redacted].06 was charged to my Visa ending in 70 without authorization. The unauthorized charge has been reflected in my bank account as pending. I attempted to cancel the subscription by deleting the project, but I ended up losing both the money and my website. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and I have a bill to support my claims.

I registered profitpulsefx.com on March 4, [redacted], for $14.60. However, GoDaddy billed my credit card on March 11 for $[redacted].06 without my authorization. They mentioned billing my Visa card ending in 70. The unauthorized charge is pending in my bank, and I cannot reverse it. I am deeply disappointed to report the disappearance of my business website hosted by Godaddy, despite auto-renewal. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through your call center, the lack of assistance and explanations from your consultants has been frustrating. As the owner of a medical facility in Dubai, my business heavily relies on the website for operations. The issue appears to be on your end. I set up a domain for my Blogger city and received a message about HTTPS availability. The pre-processing failed due to the inability to access competition data online. Check domain name settings. I need to receive the email again and the correct way to link hosting to the domain.

Good morning, I observed two charges on my account on May 13th and May 14th. I only bought a domain name for "weberrorsolutions.com," but I was unexpectedly charged for a different website called "WebError solutions godaddy.com." I already use a hosting service for my websites, so I didn't require it with GoDaddy. I also noticed a discrepancy in the spelling of the domain name I purchased compared to the website I did not purchase. I provided a screenshot of the two charges ($60.32 on May 14th & $77.63 on May 13th) that were deducted from my account, but I was informed that there's no record of the charges I provided and they cannot be refunded. The conversation was lengthy, unproductive, and I received no resolution from the person I chatted with. I simply wanted a refund for these charges. Additionally, while on the phone, he mistakenly deleted a domain name I previously purchased without my request. I do not know how to pronounce his foreign name, which begins with an "S." On 2/6, there was an unauthorized company purchase by our employees. A refund request was promptly submitted on the same day. However, upon receiving the credit card statement in April, the purchase charge remained without a refund reflected. Upon contacting GoDaddy customer service, they assured that the refund was in process. Subsequent follow-ups on 5/6 and 5/16 revealed that only a partial refund had been issued. Despite assurances to cancel the invoice order and return the charges to the original card, the refund was ultimately rejected due to a time frame technicality. The customer service representative explained that the cancellation date in May was the determining factor, leading to confusion and frustration as the refund was initially promised for the same date as the purchase. Clarification and resolution are needed promptly.

I am experiencing difficulties with GoDaddy across all my browsers. The website prompts me to disable all blockers and turn off my VPN. I find it unreasonable as a retired Systems Administrator with over four decades of experience to be required to deactivate my VPN to access my long-standing account. I have tried using Brave, Firefox, Chromium, and Librewolf, all of which work well with other websites. I seek assistance from GoDaddy's support to clarify any changes on their end that might be causing these issues. Thank you.

I seem to be locked out of GoDaddy's two-step verification, and their live chat was unhelpful after an hour online. I can't transfer my domain name away from them because the option is missing, and I can't proceed without verifying my identity, which the verification isn't allowing. As an individual with Autism, I prefer not to use the telephone, which is the only alternative to their ineffective chat. This situation is not very disability-friendly!

I requested help from GoDaddy to unblock my email and set up a new method to receive emails. They carried out the task without informing me of the changes made or the steps I needed to take to utilize the updated features. As a result, I am unable to access my email account or receive any of the emails that were not delivered. I am disappointed with their lack of communication and customer service. I am experiencing issues with my domain lmrapp.com since Quest shut down on July 14. The domain cannot be transferred as we do not have the passwords, and it seems a shell company was used to set it up. My computer expert, who is the business partner, informed me that we cannot gain access to the domain and emails. It is essentially inaccessible.
