I have been receiving notifications about my expiring domain for weeks now. Despite my efforts to renew it, the option does not appear in my dashboard when I attempt to do so. I have attempted to contact support for several days, enduring lengthy wait times of up to 30 minutes. If this matter is not resolved soon, my domain will expire tomorrow. Due to current circumstances, I will not be able to make the payment until Friday given the challenges posed by the quarantine. I kindly request an extension to prevent the loss of my domain. I have been persistent in my attempts to reach out, and now I am counting on your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

Dear Sir, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention that for the past two months, we have been experiencing delays in receiving incoming emails through our company webmail at Civilbaba.com. These delays have been affecting our internal communication among employees and with clients, leading to challenges in meeting our deliverables on time. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue with your Customer Service Team, we have not seen any improvement. The reassurances of a resolution in the near future have not been fulfilled, causing further disruptions to our operations. I kindly urge you to prioritize resolving this matter as soon as possible. The prolonged delay not only impacts our business interactions but also reflects poorly on our commitment and reputation. Our company's domain is registered with Bigrock, while the hosting services are provided by your company. If the email delay concern persists, we may consider transferring our hosting services to Bigrock. I sincerely appreciate your prompt attention and necessary actions in addressing this pressing issue.

Subject: Issue with Email and Website I am writing concerning a problem we have been experiencing with our emails hosted on our website server space at GoDaddy. Since last Friday (15/05), we have been facing restrictions on outgoing emails, limited to one per hour. Despite contacting customer service, we have not seen much improvement. After waiting a day, I noticed on Sunday that our website was down, resulting in the loss of all our emails from the server and our Outlook local accounts. Yesterday (17/05), we spoke with a representative named Illiyas, who mentioned issues with GoDaddy's server, and we are still waiting for a resolution. Unfortunately, we have not had any success with our emails, and data loss has occurred. Can you please advise if it's possible to restore the data files to get us back up and running? I am also seeking clarification on the ongoing issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Adarsh www.malabou.com Customer #: [redacted]81

Hello! I need assistance with a puzzling charge issue. I've tried reaching out to customer support over the phone and spent an hour online with Customer Service, but unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. A $[redacted].63 charge appeared on my Chase credit card statement linked to GoDaddy. Despite contacting them, I couldn't pinpoint the associated domain name as there seem to be two in question. I am at a loss as I have no record of an account creation, domain name, or how my credit card got linked to GoDaddy. Due to the recurring nature of the charge, Chase cannot reverse it. This is especially stressful during Covid times with work being scarce. Any help with resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Good Morning, I am a GoDaddy customer with the customer number [redacted] and my domain name is arunbhargava.com. When I used to contact GoDaddy before, I always received the OTP code after entering my PIN for two-step verification. However, three days ago, I didn't receive the OTP despite multiple attempts. I receive OTP from other services, so it seems the issue is not with my smartphone. I urge GoDaddy to investigate and fix this OTP delivery problem within your network. I believe two-step verification is crucial for my website's security, and I do not want to disable it. My registered email is [redacted] Regards, Arun Bhargava

As representatives of the Brazilian Association of International Banks (ABBI), we are alerting the public to a website posing a risk. The URL www.jbssolucoes.com is falsely using ABBI's name to offer unauthorized credit lines and loans, endangering unaware consumers. ABBI has issued a warning on its official site (www.abbi.com.br) and reported the incident to the authorities, clarifying no affiliation with JBS Soluções Financeiras. Investigations reveal the domain's registration with godaddy.com in São Paulo, Brazil. Urgent action is requested to shut down this fraudulent website.

A few months ago, I hired GoDaddy to set up my website. Unfortunately, there have been numerous issues that have not been resolved. Initially, the first web designer created a less than satisfactory site and was unreachable via email. After numerous complaints, a new person took over, but there were no changes made to the site despite providing feedback. Nick O from the company was supposed to have someone else call me back at a scheduled time, but no one ever did. Nick O has not followed through on any promises made. I have lost faith and trust in the company's ability to rectify these issues and no longer want to continue working with them. I am requesting a full refund due to the continued failures on their part. Please do not have Nick O contact me further. Thank you.

Good evening, I am customer number: [redacted]74. On November 2nd, GoDaddy notified me about the renewal of my domains. I intend to cancel these domains, but due to being away from my usual residence for family reasons, I do not have access to the platform. Therefore, I have not been able to cancel the services. On November 6th, GoDaddy renewed the service (order number [redacted]). Since the services have not yet expired, I REQUEST A REFUND OF THE CHARGE MADE BY GODADDY FOR AN AMOUNT OF 12.09 EUROS on my PayPal account. I am informing you of this today for your records. Best regards, I await your response.

Dear all, I hope you are doing well. I have a quick inquiry. I recently bought a small business hosting service from GoDaddy and wanted my website designer to set up my website. Despite several attempts over 5 days through chats and calls with your expert agents, the issue regarding a persistent [redacted] Error could not be resolved. I have my domain with Google, but your agents were unable to help my website designer connect the domain and web hosting successfully. Consequently, I decided to purchase a new domain and web hosting from a different local provider. Therefore, I would like to cancel the hosting service with GoDaddy and possibly request a refund since I was unable to utilize your services due to technical difficulties. Could you please advise me on the process for cancellation and refund? Thank you very much.

Hello, I recently noticed a charge of £[redacted].66 from GoDaddy on my bank statement. I don't recall receiving any emails or confirmation regarding this transaction. I believe I may have signed up for hosting last year, but I didn't utilize the service and did not request for it to continue. Moreover, there was no prior communication informing me about the pending payment. Could someone please assist in promptly refunding the amount to my bank account? This unexpected deduction has caused a missed payment for a direct debit. My details are as follows: Name: Kevin Feely Address: [redacted]/1 Commercial Street, Edinburgh, EH6 6LS Date of Birth: 12th August [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted] Thank you, Kevin

I encountered a peculiar situation where I helped my brother's friend, Brandon Wells, set up a dog-selling website at CanyonRetrievers.com. Brandon is having trouble editing the website, even though I no longer have access after a remote takeover. He believes he should have full access. He claims to have contacted GoDaddy support about this issue. I'm unsure how to assist him further, so I'm reaching out to seek advice. If there's any insight you can provide on why he is unable to make changes, I would appreciate it.

I recently had a chat with GoDaddy for help with my Facebook Pixel setup. They assured me that the issue would be resolved within six hours but it's been 5 days and the problem persists. After consulting with Facebook support, they identified it as a coding error. Despite GoDaddy's reassurance that all is well, the domain camelcitydetailing.com still isn't functioning correctly. I've tried seeking help through various channels but haven't found a solution. I'm considering switching to a different hosting provider to make sure the Facebook Pixel works properly. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam, my name is Cinthia Raudales with customer number [redacted]37. I am writing this complaint because on May 12th, I purchased a domain registration for $20.34. The domain was not functioning when I tried to use it as it gave me errors. I contacted support to report the issue and requested to cancel it through my account, but did not receive a response. When I tried to extend the domain for $1.17 to make it work, I was surprised to receive an invoice via email charging me for both the initial purchase and an additional $[redacted].88, totaling $[redacted].39. I did not authorize this extra charge, and I request a full refund to be processed back to my credit card. I find it misleading that a non-functional domain was sold to me, followed by an unauthorized charge for a product I did not intend to purchase. I am within the timeframe for a refund as per your return policy, and I hope for a prompt resolution. Yours sincerely, Cinthia Raudales Customer number [redacted]37

I discovered a website hosted by GoDaddy, called "Fuckbooks.com," where I purchased a membership. Unfortunately, I encountered issues logging in with my credentials, leading me to believe that the website might be fraudulent. Despite attempting to contact them through the provided email, I received no response and noticed that my emails were bouncing back. Further investigation revealed that the website forces users into 1 to 3-day trial memberships that automatically convert into monthly subscriptions if not canceled. To test their responsiveness, I reached out from a different email requesting to cancel all memberships, but encountered the same issue with the email bouncing back. The website lacks any customer support avenues like a phone number or chat, raising concerns about its legitimacy. I am unsure how to contact the site owners to address these issues. As the host, I hope you can assist in resolving this potentially illegal activity.
