I need assistance with a recent canceled order. Last Thursday, I canceled it and was informed I would receive a refund within 2 days. After contacting them again, they assured me I would get the refund on the same day. However, I have not received the money yet. I would appreciate a resolution today as I need the funds urgently. If the refund is not processed today, I will escalate the matter, as it is frustrating to be given conflicting information without any refund in sight.

I contacted customer service yesterday and I am still awaiting a response. I purchased a PS4 for my husband for Christmas, but I suspect I entered the wrong email address as I have not received any order confirmation. Despite this, the payment has been deducted. I recall the expected delivery date being Monday, December 2nd, yet it's now the 3rd and there is no sight of the package. I fear that the incorrect email I provided may have allowed someone else to manipulate the shipment details. I need assistance promptly as I intended to surprise my husband with this gift before we leave for the holiday break.

I purchased a PS4 Pro Call of Duty bundle online using my credit card. I was eagerly awaiting the confirmation email to pick it up at the store, but after 40 minutes, my order was canceled. I tried to repurchase it, but my credit card was declined. Upon contacting my bank, I learned that my funds were frozen and they need authorization from GameStop to release them back to me. Unfortunately, I missed out on the opportunity to buy the PS4 Pro for $[redacted]. It has been 3 days now, and I am still waiting for my refund.

I purchased two Game Stop Gift Cards, each valued at $[redacted]. Upon attempting to use them at a Game Stop store, I discovered the balance was zero. The cards were not in my possession when I bought them, and I later noticed the scratch-off was tampered with. While I'm not anticipating a refund, I would appreciate assistance if the cards were used without my consent. I'm frustrated that my order from GameStop was canceled, but my $[redacted].99 payment through PayPal was never refunded. I've tried contacting GameStop and PayPal multiple times. PayPal mentioned the money is being held by GameStop. It's been nearly a month, and I have no idea where my money is. I'm tired of waiting on long holds and feeling so fed up with the situation. I'm disappointed with the poor customer service experience I've had with GameStop.

I recently reached out to GameStop's customer service through their website about an issue with my online order. I received a prompt response indicating my Xbox [redacted] system order was on hold due to being out of stock. I inquired about potentially receiving a similar item that was in stock at the same price as I had paid, but I am yet to receive a response following my follow-up emails. My situation is now at a standstill where I may need to cancel my current order, risking not finding another available system for my son in time for Christmas. I am simply hoping to switch to the in-stock Xbox [redacted] system with a wired controller for the same price to avoid further delays. I believe this request is reasonable given the circumstances. I haven't received my package yet. I have been attempting to contact the online order call center for days, waiting on hold for over 4 hours to no avail. Despite visiting the store, they were unable to assist, directing me back to the online order department. I have diligently followed your instructions to wait for 3 days after the package was marked as delivered, checked with family and neighbors, but the package remains missing. I kindly request either a refund or a replacement. I prefer a store pick-up option, if feasible, or delivery as an alternative.

I purchased two $[redacted] Steam gift cards that were activated in-store. However, when I tried to use them, it showed they were already redeemed. I am now out $[redacted] and unsure if I can recover it. I visited the store to request a refund, but the employee mentioned that due to the scratched off codes, they cannot verify if they were used. With Christmas approaching, this loss is particularly challenging for me.

I went to the Danbury, CT store to pick up my preorder, but it was sold. The clerk mentioned there's only a 48-hour hold policy, which I wasn't aware of as I don't live nearby. The clerk with green hair walked away while I was explaining this. I decided not to purchase the $60 Xbox money card I had intended to buy and requested a refund for my preorder. The customer service was rude and disappointing.

I utilized my GameStop Pro account to purchase a 3DS game that was unavailable at my local store. I opted for the digital version instead of a physical copy, and I was informed it would be delivered. Despite this, over two months have passed, and I have yet to receive the game. During a recent visit to the store, I was advised to contact customer service and provide them with the necessary details. I paid over 30 dollars for the game and would appreciate assistance in obtaining it.

I experienced awful service during the holiday shopping season. The staff members were rude, did not assist me, and refused to look up my son's GameStop card using his phone number. I felt embarrassed by the way we were treated. Even my sister, who was visiting from out of town, couldn't get any help. The receipt number is [redacted] and John is mentioned on receipt [redacted]/01. I have been a loyal customer at your stores for years, but after this experience, I am unsure if I will return. Providing rude and unhelpful service is not the way to retain customers.

Dear sirs, good evening, On November 5, [redacted], I made a purchase at your store in Calypso Commons at [redacted] Vineland Road. I was assisted by Pedro, who informed me that the product was not in the store but assured me I could pick it up on Friday, the 8th, once paid for. The total amount of the purchase was $27.94. Since I do not live in the USA and was traveling on the 10th, he guaranteed me it would arrive in time. Afterwards, I received an email stating the product would arrive on the 11th, when I wouldn't be there. I went to the store, and they promised to refund the money to my credit card, but to date, it hasn't happened. The order number is [redacted] [redacted]/00. Please assist me with this matter. I bought an Xbox [redacted], a game, and a product replacement plan at Gamestop on Black Friday. I got the game but not the system. I want to share my experience at the GameStop located at [redacted] White Plains Rd in Bronx, NY [redacted]. Today at 6:30 p.m., I encountered an employee named Peter Dejesus who rudely denied my request for service despite presenting three valid forms of identification - my Texas ID, Veterans ID, and military ID. I had used the same IDs for a trade-in just a week ago at this very store without issue. When I requested to speak to the store manager, Peter refused and even called the police instead of addressing the situation appropriately. The police informed me that they couldn't intervene and advised me to contact [redacted] to file a complaint ([redacted]0). This unfortunate encounter has left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome in a store I have frequented as a loyal customer and veteran. I attempted to purchase an Xbox gift card from GameStop's online store using their gift card, but each time the transaction is declined. I reached out to GameStop via email, and after 13 days, I finally received a response explaining that the gift card does not cover taxes, which is why I cannot proceed with the order. I then used my AMEX card to try again, but the transaction was declined once more, and my AMEX card was charged twice for the remaining balance of my order. Interestingly, the GameStop gift card was not charged. It has been challenging to get in touch with GameStop customer care.
