I have delayed paying our renewal, originally due on 5/14/23. I now have only one day left to make the payment. This delay was caused by health struggles, but I aim to pay the owed amount. I need to exclude the Chevrolet pickup for now since it has not been driven in over 6 months. It will be back on the road in approximately 30 days. I am looking for a way to immediately pay for the Buick and possibly a bit more. The policy number is [redacted]-70-35-91, and the name associated with it is Candace Dodson with a date of birth of 09/19/[redacted].

I completed a form for an auto insurance quote. After filling out all the required information, I proceeded to make a payment using a credit card or a checking account. However, upon attempting to use my credit card, I received an error message stating that there was an issue processing my request. The prompt directed me to call [redacted] for assistance in setting up a new policy. Unfortunately, previous attempts to contact them resulted in automated responses, and I was informed they do not handle auto policies over the phone. I'm unsure how to proceed at this point. I am a Geico insurance policyholder and recently had an incident where my RV was damaged after hitting a deer. The claims adjuster I dealt with only allowed me to obtain one estimate, which was deemed too high, leading to a suggestion to total my RV. Subsequently, a low estimate was provided, lacking a realistic assessment of the fair market value of the RV or an understanding of the replacement parts and labor required, despite my 20 years of self-maintenance. Additionally, the Geico website link provided was inaccessible after logging in. I have attempted to reach out to multiple adjusters, including Joel, without success. Joel continues to request vehicle registration information or threatens non-payment, despite my repeated submissions. Considering the lack of communication and unresolved issues, I am contemplating contacting the insurance commissioner or filing a complaint with Geico to address these concerns. Thank you, Jack.

I had autopay set up to ease my bill paying, but recently, I discovered a shock. Unbeknownst to me, Geico added a stranger, an 18-year-old daughter of ranch lessee's who stay on my property part-time, to my insurance policy. I was baffled as the young driver already had coverage with Geico herself. This unauthorized addition caused a significant increase in my premiums on autopay, which I only noticed upon receiving a lost letter from Geico. Trying to rectify this, I turned off autopay and attempted to remove her from the policy. However, Geico demanded proof of her existing insurance, something I couldn't possibly provide as I have no relation to them. Now, due to this mess, Geico has canceled my policy, jeopardizing my driver's license. This situation is absurd and puts me at risk of legal consequences for something beyond my control.

I contacted for a quote over the phone to get coverage today but encountered issues. I provided my payment information but was only met with a recording when I called back. Despite completing a lengthy online application, I'm now being asked to wait 5 days to receive the application. I urgently need to know what the problem is as my payment has already been processed. I encountered an issue that caused my policy to lapse on June 21. Even though Geico promised to reinstate the policy within 15 days, I have been struggling to reach them by phone. Every time I call, I get a recording that says I will be connected to a service representative, but then they disconnect the call. I've tried all available numbers, but it's the same frustrating experience every time - getting hung up on. When attempting to access my policy online to restart it, I am met with a message saying it's under review and will take 15 days, which has already passed. After being a customer for 30 years, I am incredibly disappointed with this poor service. I am at my wits' end and considering switching to another insurance company as I haven't been able to make any progress despite my ongoing efforts.

I'm a retired RN in my 70s on a fixed income, and I'm frustrated by the continual increases in my car and homeowners insurance from Geico. It's disheartening to see that despite my struggles, Warren Buffett made a $36 billion quarterly profit off of individuals like me. This level of greed is truly appalling. I plan to explore other insurance options next year as I can no longer afford to support Warren Buffett's wealth accumulation at my expense.

I am disappointed with Geico's customer service. They have not been responsive at all. It's frustrating that they provide quotes but then don't follow up. When I tried calling, all I got was a message about being in line for a response, but no one ever got back to me. I've decided to look for another insurance company for my vehicle. I thought everything was set up since I enrolled and made a payment, expecting the underwriter to contact me, but there was no communication. At least they haven't processed my payment yet. I completed all these transactions on the Geico website without speaking to a live representative. I hope others don't have to go through the same experience.

I had to junk my car in February [redacted] and have been without a car since. I requested the cancellation of my account. The NJMVC is claiming I was driving without a license because I didn't surrender the tags. I suspect the tags were taken by workers at the nearby homes. Could Geico provide proof of cancellation to help me show I haven't been driving illegally? Can you send me the documentation? Please assist so I can resolve this matter with the NJ DMV. The latest transfer was €4,[redacted] for the FMI certificate, after which I was told I could proceed with the transfer. Now, they are requesting €7,[redacted] for an anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering certificate, funds that I do not possess as I would have paid Marvin's return fee myself if I had them. I recently requested to be removed from auto-pay due to changes in my financial situation. Instead of the expected $[redacted].00 withdrawal for July, they proposed $[redacted].00. Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed with the $[redacted].00 payment as my rent was also due. Even though I had the revised amount ready, they couldn't process it as the transaction was canceled. I would appreciate speaking to a live agent to resolve this matter.

I have contacted numerous times over the past two months in an attempt to obtain insurance from your company. Unfortunately, it has been incredibly challenging to reach a representative by phone. The automated system repeatedly plays the same message before disconnecting the call. I was given an insurance quote but have been unable to activate it. Despite being told I would receive information by mail, I have not received anything. I kindly request that this issue be resolved within the next 48 hours. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to switch to another insurance provider. Geico's poor customer service and handling of this situation are disappointing and unacceptable to me.

I used to be a customer of GEICO until late [redacted] when I moved to another country. In order to secure affordable car insurance here, I require a statement from my previous insurer (GEICO) detailing the coverage period for my Toyota Camry. I've been trying to submit my glass claim receipts. The fax number provided online was incorrect. I was given [redacted] as the correct number two weeks ago. I called to check on my claim status last night and found out it hadn't been received. The representative said they would email me the details to submit my documents. I received a link to a portal that didn't have an option for glass claims. I just need an email address to send my claim for processing. It's frustrating not getting the right information. I received an auto insurance quote on the website and proceeded to finalize it. However, after entering my payment details, the system encountered an error. The message instructed me to contact Geico for assistance. When I called, I was unable to connect with a representative, and the automated system informed me that they no longer offer quotes over the phone.
