I made a reservation without purchasing the carry-on bags initially. Today, I bought them for two people at $69 round trip each, and I noticed additional charges afterward. The total came to $[redacted], which I'm okay with, but I can't justify paying $[redacted] for carry-ons for two people round trip. How can I speak with a representative? I made a reservation for flight #PH9GGK but didn't purchase the carry-on at that time. To make it more economical, I went into the reservation and added carry-on for myself and my spouse. It showed $69 each way, so I added them for the round trip, totaling $[redacted]. I entered my card info and was billed $[redacted].52, including additional charges of $78.72 for airfare and $[redacted].80 for taxes and other fees that I don't agree with. I prefer to pay for the carry-on at the gate. I need to speak with a person, not a machine, at [redacted] to clarify why I was quoted $[redacted] during payment but charged $[redacted].52. I'm seeking reimbursement for my trip to my son's funeral. I was informed I could receive reduced rates and a credit for unchecked bags. I have been attempting to contact central baggage claim in Atlanta to locate my missing bag for two weeks. Despite multiple attempts via phone and email, I have not received a response. I physically went to the airport and was informed my bag is at corporate headquarters in College Park, GA. I need assistance in having it shipped to my home address. The bag is a shiny sea-blue hard case with a tag and identification. It was last seen on flight ZB5YQC from Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix to Hartsfield Airport, Atlanta via CVG. Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated. I went to the counter to check a bag, and the teller said I needed to get luggage tags from a kiosk. After getting my boarding pass, she pointed me towards the S gate, which required taking a train. I got lost, missed my flight, and my luggage ended up in Phoenix. The airline refuses to refund the $[redacted] for the missed flight or provide assistance with my luggage. I was stranded at the airport and had to take a $[redacted] Uber ride home. No other airline would treat me this way, and they have not contacted me at all. I need help with this situation.

I purchased a ticket through a third-party vendor called ASAP, which I have credit with, to buy a ticket from Frontier. Now, I received a bill from a loan company named Uplift claiming I took out a loan with Frontier for more than the ticket's price, which ASAP already paid. I don't remember signing any loan agreement with them. The receipt shows the payment was made in full. Unfortunately, I don't have any flight documents as it was a quick trip.

Upon my arrival at the airport, I approached the information desk for guidance as it was my first time flying. While setting my bag down, it was mistakenly taken by another traveler who later returned it after assistance from a helpful security guard. Despite the delay of about 35 minutes, I reached my gate only to find it closed. The staff advised me to contact the third-party booking agency, Kiwi, to explore rebooking options. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach Kiwi were fruitless with extensive hold times and unresponsive emails. Upon finally connecting with Frontier Airlines, I was informed it was too late for rebooking. The lack of clear instructions from the initial counter attendant has left me frustrated, facing the loss of over $[redacted] spent on a new flight due to the situation.

I missed my flight because when I arrived at the airport an hour before my flight, someone mistakenly took my suitcase at the information desk. Security found it 35 minutes later. After going through security and facing difficulty reaching the gate due to my disability, the gate closed just as I arrived, and they mentioned it was too late to board.

I need assistance with a flight change. I just booked a flight, and the departure time was altered, making it impossible for me to catch the flight. I contacted customer service via Chat, and they offered to rebook the flight. However, the new flight they arranged for 6:05 pm is not suitable, and they acknowledged their mistake. Now, I am being informed that only a credit will be issued, not a refund. The booking was made less than 2 hours ago, and the confirmation number is IICRWH. I am dealing with a difficult situation after my boyfriend was involved in an accident on the way to our flight. Despite providing all the necessary documentation, Frontier Airlines is refusing to provide a refund or credit for our tickets unless he has passed away or I provide a note confirming he cannot fly. I have provided the required note, but Frontier has been unresponsive ever since. They do not have a phone number for direct contact, and I have had to submit my claim six times without a resolution. It has been three weeks since the incident, and Frontier is clearly avoiding issuing the refund. I'm unsure about the return flight from Orlando to St. Louis scheduled for May 9th at 7:45 a.m. landing in St. Louis between 9:27 or 9:29. Please confirm if this return flight is affected. If so, we'll need alternative flights for our return on the 9th of May from Orlando to St. Louis.

I purchased a GoWild Pass for the summer and have some inquiries about the "Early Access Promo Terms & Conditions" as well as the "Cinco De Mayo Promo Terms & Conditions." Am I eligible to make a flight reservation for May 21 to May 31? I noticed that typically members can book one day in advance with the GoWild Pass and ten days ahead for international flights. I bought the Go Wild Pass last November for $[redacted]. Now it's on sale for $[redacted] right after it's ready for use on May 2. I received an email about the lower price, and I feel like I could have saved $[redacted] if I had waited. I have a limited budget and it was tough to purchase the pass. I wish I could have put that money to good use for the past 6 months. I can't seem to find a phone number to contact customer service, and it's frustrating. I just want a refund as I feel a bit taken advantage of. It was already difficult to buy the pass in November, and the lack of customer support is disappointing.

I bought a ticket on November 21, [redacted] with Confirmation Number PFC461 for a flight from Seattle/Tacoma, WA (SEA) to Denver, CO (DEN) on Flight F9 [redacted]. Unfortunately, on the day of my flight, I couldn't travel because I was asked to check my carry-on backpack containing my CPAP machine. I couldn't afford the fee and had to cancel my trip. Despite my efforts to reach Frontier Airlines, I haven't been successful. I attempted to request a refund through their website but haven't received any response. As I can no longer fly and now travel by car due to financial constraints, I could really use the $[redacted].96 I spent on that ticket given my fixed income from Social Security. Rising inflation is depleting my savings, and the refund would be a great help.

As a loyal customer for 5 years, I have been traveling between New York and Florida due to my wife's illness and unfortunately, my sister just passed away. I had a ticket booked for tomorrow, but due to the funeral being delayed, I need to change it to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday without incurring extra charges. It would be a great help if I could speak with someone about adjusting the flight date so that I can attend the funeral. On May 4th, I had a flight scheduled from St. Louis (STL) to Orlando (MCO) departing at 7:45 PM. Unfortunately, the flight experienced maintenance issues, causing delays to 8:00 AM on May 5th and then to 11:00 AM, which eventually led to its cancellation. Despite arriving at the airport at 8:30 AM, I did not receive any notification. The only alternatives given were to cancel the flight or take the 7:45 PM flight on May 5th, but I needed to reach Orlando for a business meeting by 6:00 PM. I requested to keep the return leg open on May 7th on Flight 86 back to STL. However, upon checking the flight status, a Frontier Ticket agent informed me that the flight had been canceled. I was then charged $88.73 for a return flight that I had already paid for. I am seeking a refund for my $79 check-in baggage fee from May 4th and the $25 for the unused boarding pass. Additionally, I am requesting a refund for the return flight and willing to accept $62 (half of the original booking cost).

I arrived at the airport only to find out my gate was changed, causing me to miss my flight. When I realized the mistake, the desk was unattended, leaving me stranded. I have been a loyal customer for over five years, flying monthly for the past three years. Despite personal tragedies like losing my wife and sister to cancer, I have remained a frequent flyer, traveling between New York and Florida regularly. With recent events, like my sister's passing last Thursday, I desperately need to reach my destination by Monday. I would like to express my concern regarding the representatives on the [redacted] number. The agent, John from the recon desk, hung up on me multiple times without speaking when I called back. This behavior is unacceptable for your airline's representatives, and I urge you to address this individual's conduct. Additionally, I have a query about a checked bag fee I paid for my return flight from Denver. I had luggage on my departure flight but not on the return.
