I accidentally opened two accounts at the same address. The first account I paid the deposit not knowing I had set up another account. Now the power was connected for the second account and not the first. I would like to transfer my deposit onto the connected account. Currently it shows next bill due next month as if it waived me paying the deposit before service, but instead billing me for payment of the deposit. Please help me rectify this ASAP. I don't want to have to lose one deposit just to turn around and pay a deposit again. Thank you
