My name is Jenny B. I was expecting a delivery on *-**-** that was unsuccessful. Despite updating the delivery instructions on the FedEx app, there have been multiple failed attempts to deliver my package. Each day, I receive a notification that the package will arrive the next day, but it never does. I am unable to pick it up myself since I don't have a vehicle. It seems like the delivery driver has not made a sufficient effort to bring me my package. I'm requesting FedEx to make another delivery attempt to the correct address.

The package, shipped with $1,[redacted] insurance, lacked information on the suspension of the satisfaction guarantee. Upon acceptance at the FedEx office in Huntington Beach, I was charged $34.83. A signature was required upon delivery, which was left on my exposed porch with a forged signature as I was not present. The computer was mishandled, requiring repair, possibly due to FedEx's rough handling. I now need to return the computer to Huntington Beach for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, FedEx has been unhelpful with poor claims and customer service. At this point, all I need is assistance with two-way freight to send the computer back from Montana. Should this not be resolved, I will escalate this matter to the FTC, Better Business Bureau, and inform my [redacted] customers.

The driver from a large Budget box truck uses my driveway for deliveries, causing issues. With a short driveway, they have left deep ruts when it's wet, nearly hit my mailbox while trying to navigate, and tend to leave packages recklessly. Once, I unknowingly ran over a package left against the garage door. The driver doesn't hesitate to leave parcels in the driveway, even in the rain. Yesterday, a package was carelessly placed in the middle of the driveway. Upon review of my security camera footage, I observed the driver casually throwing out the package from the truck. Unlike UPS and Amazon, FedEx drivers avoid parking on the street and bringing packages to the front entrance, which causes frustration. Despite setting delivery instructions to leave packages at the front door, the driver disregards it, creating inconvenience.

I am waiting for a package from FedEx that has not been delivered. The tracking information indicates a delivery attempt was made yesterday at 10:30 AM, but I was home, with my driveway alarm and three dogs who always alert me. No door tag was left, and when I checked my profile, the address was wrong since May [redacted]. The shipping details show the package was sent to Greensboro, my previous city, not the correct address. I was supposed to receive the package by 10:30 AM today, but that time has passed. I have tried contacting customer service without success, and I need to speak with a live agent to resolve this issue and receive my package.

I was anticipating an order due on April 25, but it didn't arrive. When I checked my FedEx profile on April 28, it showed a delivery attempt on April 28 at 10:38 am. Despite being home with my dogs and a driveway alarm, I didn't receive any notification or see a door tag regarding the attempt. After contacting customer service, I was informed of a delay with a new expected delivery time of 12 PM. However, at 2 PM, I received another update that pushed the delivery date to May 2. I urgently need to speak with a live agent to arrange a pick-up at the facility this afternoon to prevent any mishaps with the delivery.

Recently, I've had issues with packages being left in unacceptable locations, like by my driveway near the road. Despite being at home, a recent delivery at 8:30 PM didn't arrive, leading me to report it missing. Today, another person called me, having received my package by mistake. The mix-up occurred because the driver did not read the recipient's name or verify the address properly, as it was different from mine. Strangely, FedEx successfully delivered another package to me earlier the same day. The confusion over the separate deliveries has been frustrating, especially when both packages were clearly addressed to my home.

Yesterday, I received a package that was left on the road by the delivery driver instead of at my house. It was a surprise gift, and I didn't know it was there as the roadside isn't visible from my house. The package was marked as "Perishable" and had been left unattended for over 4 hours until we came across it while running an errand. The tracking number is 2[redacted] [redacted], and it was delivered from the Londonderry NH terminal on May 6th. I believe the driver should be reprimanded for this negligence. Thank you, Debbie H. There is no contact email available for this issue, so I am hopeful that your department can forward this to someone who will investigate this dangerous driver before they cause harm. On 5/7/[redacted] around 5:50 pm, I was traveling eastbound on Interstate 66 in Fairfax, VA, between the Route [redacted] and Nutley St exits. I was in the second lane from the right, following a FedEx step van delivery vehicle in the right lane about 4-5 car lengths ahead. The vehicle repeatedly crossed the dividing line between lanes. As the right lane slowed, I changed to the left lane to pass the FedEx vehicle. Upon passing, I noticed the driver holding a phone in their left hand. Hopefully, FedEx has a policy against cellphone use while driving, which is also illegal in Virginia unless it is hands-free.

I am feeling very frustrated. I bought a set of dishes on Amazon, and the company fulfilling my order claims it was shipped via FedEx on 4/28. I am unable to obtain the tracking number from either Amazon or the company. It just shows as pending. My package with tracking number [redacted]83 did not arrive at my house as claimed. Despite my wife being home all day on 5/13, the package was not delivered. Initially, it was indicated that it was dropped off at our house, but now they are unsure of its whereabouts. Even though my wife had a full view of the front porch, where the delivery was supposedly made, no package arrived. Attempts to resolve the issue with FedEx have been frustrating, as I only reach customer service in India. Contacting Fedex Freight for a local number has also been unhelpful, as the provided number goes unanswered. The lack of assistance from local representatives is disappointing.

Hello, I reside at [redacted] Hoffmansville Road in Frederick, PA, with the zip code [redacted]. Yesterday, FedEx claimed to have delivered a package with the tracking number [redacted]56 and left it at my front door. Despite searching outside, I could not locate the package on my property. I have reached out to the seller, and they are looking into it. This is not the first time FedEx has left a package for my address somewhere else. This seems to happen frequently with FedEx drivers, whereas UPS and Amazon deliveries are usually accurate. I have set up a FedEx account to provide specific details on my home location, with a long asphalt driveway across from a white farmhouse and a mailbox clearly marked with "[redacted]" on both sides. Yet, FedEx still struggles to deliver to the correct address. Although my property is relatively new and has only been occupied for a year and a half, I would expect FedEx to have familiarized themselves with the location by now as UPS and Amazon have. I am experiencing significant issues with a FedEx delivery that has resulted in a QPAP machine being undelivered. Despite multiple promises of call backs and attempts to re-deliver the package, there has been no resolution. This negligence has endangered someone's life. After providing an alternative address, I did not receive the promised follow-up call, and now I have been informed that the package is being returned to the sender. We received a delivery from Chewy on Saturday, June 4th. Upon arrival, the driver threw our packages onto the ground. I witnessed this and confronted the driver. In response, he threatened not to deliver our packages and proceeded to walk through our yard, damaging one of our Steven's holly bushes. Today, we were expecting a delivery from FedEx that did not show up. The tracking information indicates it was signed for, but no FedEx trucks were seen on my dead-end street today. I verified this with my security cameras.

I recently ordered an electric scooter from Amazon expecting delivery on Wednesday the 8th or Thursday the 9th via FedEx. Despite being told it would arrive today, the 10th, I've been waiting outside since 1:00 pm after being informed they were on their way. My name is Mark Jackson residing at [redacted] Garners Creek Road, Dickson, TN. I am a diabetic using insulin pump therapy. I ordered my CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) from Byram Healthcare in Flower Mound, TX around May 26, [redacted]. The FedEx shipment, with tracking number [redacted]82, was supposed to arrive at my Dickson address on June 6, [redacted]. Unfortunately, there was a routing error that caused delays. The package, scheduled for delivery on June 16, [redacted], seems to have been misdelivered according to the FedEx driver. This delay has forced me to purchase additional supplies to manage my diabetes as the CGM is crucial for me. I am frustrated with FedEx's handling of this delivery as it is impacting my health. Lately, the delivery drivers have been leaving my packages in the driveway instead of by the front door. Given that my boxes are getting exposed to the weather and easily visible to others, I would appreciate it if they could stop leaving them in the driveway. Today, a package leaning against my garage ended up knocking over my outdoor light, which wouldn't have happened if the box was placed by the front door as they used to. I already reached out a few months ago, but despite updating my preferences on FedEx manager to specify leaving boxes by the front door, the issue persists.

I am a person with physical disabilities living on the third floor of a building where packages are consistently left on the first-floor landing. This has resulted in me attempting to drag the packages upstairs, leading to a fall and injuring my back. Despite posting signs indicating my apartment location, the delivery person continues to leave packages downstairs. I kindly request the delivery personnel to bring the packages to my porch to avoid any further accidents. Another tenant has also experienced issues due to package placement. As a senior citizen with no one to assist me, this situation is particularly hazardous. I urge for the delivery to be made directly to my apartment as I have paid for the service to be delivered to my own address.

I had a poor delivery experience with a package scheduled for June 27 at 1:15, tracked with #[redacted]52. Instead of placing it on my front porch, the delivery person threw it in the front yard. I only noticed upon returning home and checked my security camera to see the careless handling. It's disappointing that the driver did not fulfill the responsibility of delivering the package properly. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with FEDX's delivery service.
