Your system says that my package was delivered @ *:** to my front door. It was not. I’ve looked everywhere including neighbors. I need the local group to call the driver and find out where he dropped it off. Certainly not my home. Then I need to have it delivered correctly.

Call a local fed ex service center. Talk hem into giving you a phone number to report an incidence. This should get you a human to talk to. He*she will file a claim for you. Then contact the gore that sent your package. Alert them. They will file a claim and should issue a refund or replacement.
