I’ve been working on this for two months.
GetHuman-mrsdta did not yet indicate what FIA Card Services should do to make this right.
After working on this for the second month , I finally found out what FIA services is. If you have a Bank of America card on direct draft that’s what it is. And it took all this time to find that out . I happened to see Bank of America under one of the Internet searches that I did. I called Bank of America and I spoke with Kayla. She cleared it up in less than a minute. Thank you Kayla for your kind and prompt assistance. By the way, she called me back from an automated line request within ten minutes. I’m thankful that I didn’t have to stay on hold for over ** minutes. Now........problem solved.
