I encountered login issues on Friday and decided to temporarily lift a freeze on my account for a VA streamline. Although I successfully answered the security questions and entered the correct PIN, the site still blocked access. Despite attempting the process multiple times today, receiving a generic error message stating, "we were unable to process your request," continues to be problematic. The only suggested resolution provided is to mail sensitive personal ID information, raising concerns about security. Unfortunately, regardless of how I navigate the website or call the specified number, connecting with a live person to resolve the issue seems impossible. This experience has been extremely frustrating.

I recently found an account that Capio Partners placed in collections. I had TransUnion investigate and remove it for various reasons. One reason is that Capio has been reported for fraudulent activities and reported to the BBB multiple times. I should not have any medical bills from [redacted] to the present in collections. Capio claims I owe a copayment from [redacted] or [redacted], which is incorrect. Please remove this from my account, as I work hard to keep my credit in good standing.

My credit score has been decreasing gradually by 77 points over the past three months. After making a large purchase, my score fell by 45 points immediately, which was expected but still significant. However, it has been dropping every month since, including a further 33 points in the last month. I am unsure why this is happening and I am hesitant to investigate further for fear of causing more harm to my score. I mistakenly contacted Experian and accidentally ordered a report that I did not want, leading to a further potential drop in my score. I am unsure how to rectify this situation and prevent my score from declining further without risking more inquiries. I have worked hard to achieve a score of [redacted] over the years, and it is distressing to see it now rapidly decreasing without a clear explanation.

I visited your site hoping for a credit boost, but it initially showed an increase of just 5 points, then unexpectedly decreased. I am frustrated by this situation and want to highlight that my late payments showing up should not be there. I consolidated all my credit cards at the end of July with Consolidated Credit and have been diligently making payments, even if some creditors took longer to process. I am facing overwhelming hospital and doctor bills but have been making payments to collection agencies as best as I can. Due to personal challenges like my husband's health issues and my own, we lost our home and had to start over. Despite these difficulties, I was hoping for a small 5 point increase in my credit score but am disheartened by the unexpected decrease when trying to improve it.

I have spent over an hour trying to contact Experian for help with resetting my password and username. The automated system keeps disconnecting me without allowing me to reach an agent to address the fact that I am not receiving the promised emails. The most recent reference numbers are [redacted]4 and [redacted]3, and still, no emails have shown up. It seems like Experian might have the wrong email or their automated service is malfunctioning. I pay a monthly fee of $24.99 on my credit card and believe I should be able to speak with a live person when facing issues. Unfortunately, the "Agent" or ")" prompts are not functioning properly.

On November 30, [redacted], I relocated when my lease ended. Atlantic City Electric, my service provider, continued to bill me $53 after the move, despite being informed. I received the overdue invoice six months later with the $53 debt and noticed it on my Experian credit report. After paying the outstanding amount and contacting Atlantic City Electric, they blamed not having my new address. Despite the post office forwarding all my mail to 4 Riva Blvd, NJ [redacted], Atlantic City Electric claimed they sent the invoice to my old address. Since this error caused the delay and negatively impacted my credit report, I urge Experian to remove Atlantic City Electric to avoid affecting my credit score. - Alam Marcus.

Today, I had to cancel my Experian memberships due to my wife unknowingly creating an account to monitor my credit. After customer service canceled the accounts, I tried to create a new one but I am facing difficulty in registering. Both the website and the app show an unknown error, prompting me to contact customer service, which I have been unable to reach despite trying all afternoon.

I am attempting to jointly apply for a car loan with my husband. My account is flagged due to a fraud alert from July of this year, but I have no recollection of this incident. This hold-up is affecting the loan process. Despite attempting to contact the company, I am stuck in an automated loop without the ability to speak to a live person. Frustratingly, the dealership's loan officer mentioned that the company was supposed to reach out to resolve this situation, but I have not received any calls yet. I urgently request for the company to contact me at the earliest. My contact numbers are: [redacted] or [redacted].

Hello, my name is Aigner El Ansari. After a year of living in a Domestic Violence shelter, I am trying to obtain an apartment but have been unable to do so due to a credit freeze on my account. I have attempted to remove the freeze, only to be faced with questions about old phone numbers I do not recall. The system has locked me out and suggests mailing in my information, which is not feasible due to time constraints. Had I known old phone numbers would be used for verification, I would not have implemented the freeze, especially since the only ones who may know the answers are the people I am trying to protect myself from, my ex-husband and mother. I require immediate assistance in lifting this freeze, even on a temporary basis. If possible, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

A few months ago, I was considering purchasing a car when I discovered unauthorized accounts opened in my name, including credit cards and a Verizon phone account. Despite being only 19 at the time, I realized the importance of understanding credit and was confused by these unexpected accounts. Upon seeking help, it was determined that someone had misused my social security number. To prevent further issues, I took the step to freeze my account and requested alerts be sent to my phone. However, today I received an alert about a late payment on the Verizon account, which is puzzling as I thought this issue had been addressed months ago.

I am unable to find any contact information for website support. The site has been experiencing an issue for several days now, and there seems to be no way to address it directly. I came across a customer support helpline number on their web page (1-[redacted]) and decided to give it a call. An automated message mentioned a problem with signing up for their boost service and prompted me to press #1 if this was the reason for my call. Pressing "1" led to an immediate disconnection. I tried calling again, but encountered the same issue. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a live person via phone. No matter which number I dial, there is no option for technical support. The lack of technical assistance from Experian is disappointing, and their phone system is incredibly frustrating.

For months, Experian has been charging me $22 without my knowledge. Despite numerous attempts online and over the phone using their automated system, I couldn't find any record of a membership or why they were taking my money. Even after a year, hundreds of dollars have been deducted, and I'm at a loss on how to address this issue with a live person. I haven't signed up for any credit reporting services, but the charges persist. I'm hesitant to close my bank account to stop the charges as it would create unnecessary hassle.

I recently tried to access my student loan account, but was locked out after numerous attempts. This has never happened before, and I wasn't prompted to answer my security questions. I've been unable to reach anyone for help over the phone. I'd appreciate a call back to assist me with my account issue since it's not accepting my social security number. Thank you, P. Robinson

As a customer of both Privacy Guard and Lifelock, I had all my cards registered with them. Unfortunately, one of my registered cards fell victim to identity theft. Despite having alert systems in place with both services, neither Privacy Guard nor Lifelock notified me of the fraudulent charges for over 60 days. This oversight has left me feeling disappointed as these agencies failed to fulfill their guarantees and protect my privacy as promised. - Charles Williams

Hello, I am seeking assistance in removing a settled Trust Deed from my credit report. Despite having completed payments and received a closure confirmation letter in the previous year, it is still affecting my credit report until August [redacted]. Additionally, there are two debts that were supposed to be included in the Trust Deed that are not reflected. I am hesitant to reach out to the company as it may reset the process. As I am recently married and striving to organize my finances for future plans like obtaining a mortgage and settling credit card debts, this item on my credit report is hindering my progress. I visited the bank for assistance, but my credit report situation is impeding my ability to access additional banking services. I am hopeful that the removal of this default will help me move forward. Thank you, J. P. Taylor

I've been attempting to apply for a credit card, but Experian seems to be blocking the necessary information from reaching the card company. There have been errors in the data submitted by Experian. I have been attempting to contact a representative from Experian for over a week to resolve this matter. It's proving challenging for me, as a victim of identity theft, to proceed with my normal day-to-day activities. This problem only seems to be occurring with Experian, as I have had no issues with other credit bureaus. I would really appreciate a call from a live person, not an automated system. Thank you.

Username: Heidifritz Password: Peppirip2016 Account: Herta Blye ([redacted]0) I recently received an Amazon electronic card issued by Synchrony Bank, even though my social security number is frozen. My default payment method has always been VISA, so I did not provide my bank account number when applying for the card, yet it was issued without approval. I am disputing the billing amount, which is currently less than $[redacted]. Please cancel the Synchrony card and confirm via text. Thank you.

I recently checked my credit report through the basic free Experian monitoring service and it inaccurately showed my utilization at [redacted]%, while I know it should be 15% based on my calculations. After a frustrating experience trying to reach customer support, I finally connected with someone who corrected my credit limit but the utilization percentage remains incorrect. I am disappointed that this fundamental issue was not resolved despite it being the main purpose of my support ticket. I hope to have this issue fixed promptly.

I have been experiencing issues with Experian Boost recently. There seems to be a problem connecting to my bank as I keep getting an error message when I try to reconnect. This has been happening for a few weeks now, and I haven't been able to fix it. I am a member of Desert Financial Credit Union and am unsure about what could be causing this problem. I am eager to know if this issue is being addressed and will be fixed soon, or if I should consider switching to a different bank. Thank you. - Edward Carrington
