The issue in GetHuman-shawnusa's own words
I Tried to book a flight with car and got to the point of booking the trip with all the required information entered, including credit card information. After about ** seconds, I got a message saying 'Flight is no longer available', and website sent me back to the main page with no additional information about what went wrong with the booking attempt. I tried to book one more time got the same result. After looking at credit card account it looks like while some of the charges were instantly refunded, others were not, specifically for the return leg of the trip I was trying to book, which was a United flight. This flight is now double booked according to my credit statement, given that I attempted to book twice unsuccessfully on the website. Will this United flight (that is now double booked according to my credit card) also be refunded, just at a later time, or do I need to have you manually cancel these flights? Thanks!
