Hi,**I am very disappointed with a hotel I booked in Mexico City. The check-in process was a complete disaster. They were extremely rude.*Once we finally checked in we were given keys to * of * rooms. Check-In is supposed to be at *PM. This was around *:**pm.*We get into the rooms and there is no air conditioning and one room doesn't even have a fan. This was completely unacceptable. After waiting in line down at the "lobby" for another ** minutes while the hotel lobby employee tried to figure something out for other guests to check in we were finally able to talk to this gentleman. I told him that the rooms were too small and there was no air conditioning so we were moving hotels. He just looked at us and said, okay and we gave the keys back.*Didn't ask for us to fill any paperwork out or give us any information on the cancellation policy. *I was extremely dissatisfied with this. I am requesting that I am not charged for anything. *The reservation number is *************. It is under Tyler Collins.
