I arrived at Sunscape Curacao resort on the **th May at at *.** p.m.**I did not get the room I paid for. I was unable to access the room.**The key card was not working .**There was no lights in the room.**They key card issue was only resolved on the Saturday when they finally repaired the lock on the door .**I would like a refund for one and a half nights . Given the inconvenience caused.
