I have been trying for over an hour to get technical support on your website. You say you want to help customers, but it seems to be impossible to actually do so. I have an Epson ET-**** printer that has ink but won't print. The paper just goes right through and comes out blank. The printer has a screen and something is printed there but I can't read it because the printing is so light but I think that is says that I have to update the firmware but I am not certain.

GetHuman-jwkrish did not yet indicate what Epson should do to make this right.
