Get some support for the fsilure of the computer to "see" the scanner. ... I have an Epson Scanner RR **-W, purchased in March ****. Computer (new computer) won't recognize it via USB port. In the past, this has happened, but usually resolves with a computer restart. Not this time. Same thing happened with a **W which I had a couple years ago. So now I won*der whether it won't last even a year,
