Good morning, yesterday I booked a flight from the IOM to London Gatwick, and then a flash message popped up to say I had already booked on the same flight. So I now sit with a double boarding pass. Obviously this was a mistake of mine, but please could yesterday’s booking be cancelled. I am a regular passenger on this route as my history will show. Thanking you Helen Lawrence
