I tried to order online (lg thin-crust cheeseburger pie with green peppers, garden salad) and a coupon for a free med pizza with * toppings, using my the credit card on in my account. Everything including the coupon went through fine, but when I hit to order I got the message there was a problem, so I tried again. Same result. I tried a third time using a different card (Even though I knew the one in the account was fine.) This time the coupon would not go through* telling me at least something went through on the site. Hungry, frustrated and being pressed by my Hubbie, I called my local shop directly (Oceanside, NY. Well, guess what? The Rep told me he could use promo code* that meant a value of approx $**.** was down the tubes . Still I ordered, again, even though both cards, *one in my account and an additional*, were fine (since confirmed) the Rep could not get them to work (I suspect Domino's was experiencing wide-spread tech problems) Now, I switched my contact-less delivery to plain old deliver-to the door and I'll give you cash experience. I checked this morning and my order was not showing up*I doubt it ever will. Although the one I ordered the week before through my account using same computer and card was there. When I tried to e-mail them through Customer Service, I got the same message. I can't phone on Sat. Once I got the * pizza it was fine (although wrong color peppers on top.) I think they Dominos owes me the following: *. An explanation *. A gift card in the amount of the coupon (so I can use it in- person at a Dominos, because the store would not accept it the promo code and by the third try, it was no longer working on line. I like something more for all the time (calling the cards etc), frustration and insinuations that me credit was bad! It was the site not the cards. Round the gift card up to $**.** and I'll fell compensated. But please,I like the product and the speed of delivery, but I need have Domino's clear the problem for me to continue as a customer and continue the recommendations I've been making.
