I phoned Domino's just an hour before they closed to order pizza. When I inquired about specials, the manager's tone seemed annoyed, so I hastily chose the first offer to not cause any trouble. Additionally, I ordered lava cakes, a favorite of my girlfriend's, making the total $24 with delivery and a $5 tip for David, the late delivery. Upon receiving the order, the lava cakes were missing, causing disappointment. Despite our calls, the staff insisted we never ordered them, refusing to rectify the mistake as they claimed to be closed. Dissatisfied with the service, I paid $30 for a large pizza with specific toppings, a soda, and the missing lava cakes. I regret both tipping and not exploring all specials to order what I truly desired, feeling rushed. I seek improved customer service, especially from the manager, and at least the two lava cakes I paid for but did not receive.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Domino's store located at [redacted] S Lewis Way. Following a delivery order placed, I was informed my food would arrive within 40 minutes. However, my family and I waited for over an hour without any sign of our order. After attempting to contact the store multiple times, I was repeatedly disconnected when calling from my number. Only when I called from a blocked number did they pick up and disclose that they do not deliver to my address, which is [redacted] W Florida Pl, despite it being the closest location to me. This lack of service is incredibly frustrating, especially as someone who works in the service industry. The manager's ineptitude in handling the situation added to my disappointment.

I placed my order at 12:15, and it is now 1:50, but my pizza has not arrived yet. I called twice; the first time, I was told it would be ten minutes at 1:02 pm. When I called back twenty minutes later, a representative was rude and condescending. I requested to speak with a manager who assured me they would address the situation and not speak to customers in such a manner. The manager informed me the pizza was out for delivery, and despite living only ten minutes away, it has been nearly 30 minutes since that update. The manager asked for a mailing address, and when I provided my P.O. Box number, they seemed unfamiliar with P.O. Boxes. The estimated wait time was 30-40 minutes, now nearing almost two hours with no pizza. I have faced issues with this store before, and I am disappointed with the ongoing service from Domino's.

I placed an online preorder at 3:45 pm for a 5:30 pick up time and confirmed with the store directly. However, when I arrived at 5:45, my 32 bread bites were not ready, causing a delay until 6:10 pm. This made me late to serve my family dinner. Despite receiving a free 2-liter drink as a consolation, the main issue was my preorder not being ready on time. The pizzas were also lukewarm. I placed an order, scheduled for delivery at 8 p.m. The delivery person showed up about 40 minutes later and was turned away by me around 6:00 p.m. I have made several attempts to resolve the issue. The branch manager, whose name I have, was extremely unhelpful. After waiting 45 minutes past the promised time and calling the store back, the manager was very rude and even hung up on me while we were trying to solve the issue. I would appreciate speaking with a person regarding this matter. Domino's is not receiving high praise from us at the moment.

I made an online purchase and received a call shortly after from a number claiming to be Domino's, stating my payment didn't go through. Despite confirming my order had been completed, the caller seemed confused and mentioned a different name. Concerned about the situation, I contacted Domino's customer service, who advised me to speak to local authorities if I felt my information was compromised. Upon pickup, the store apologized for the incident. It was unsettling that neither the store nor Domino's customer service seemed alarmed by someone attempting to acquire my payment details under false pretenses.

After placing my order and paying online, I went to the store only to find out that it had not been started even though the tracker app indicated otherwise. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes, and when the employee eventually brought out the order, she mentioned that at least it was hot. This is the second time in less than a week that they have made mistakes with my order, including a missing Barq's Root Beer from a previous delivery. I understand that mistakes happen, but not even initiating an order is a significant oversight. Despite being a loyal customer, experiences like these are disappointing. While I usually enjoy Domino's, recent incidents have left me dissatisfied. Many other customers came and went during my extended wait time. #Disappointed

I placed an order this evening at [redacted] Pendleton Way at 8:22 pm online. Following a call where they informed me it would take 2 hours, I agreed due to my love for their pizza and wings. However, after waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes, at 10:30 pm, I called to inquire about my order. The person who answered was impolite and told me the food would still need 2 more hours in the oven and a driver. This was not what I was initially told. When I asked for the manager, they sided with the employee, explaining the delay. While they offered a small discount, I believe the situation should have been handled more professionally. I kept the order as my children were hungry, and it was too late to order from elsewhere. Nevertheless, I have decided not to order from Domino's again, as that location requires serious personnel changes.

Hi, I encountered an issue at Domino's located at [redacted] Central Ave, Newark, NJ [redacted] on the night of August 30. The lady driver handed me a half-open box, admitting she held it wrong. Upon opening it, I found the toppings were incorrect. When I requested an exchange, she rudely refused, stating it wasn't her problem. She then aggressively snatched the box, got into the car, and made offensive remarks before driving off. I had also ordered a 20 oz Coca-Cola which she claimed was unavailable. When I called Domino's to speak to the manager, initially the person who answered pretended to be the manager, but the issue was resolved after I called from a different number. I've been a loyal customer in the area, always tipping generously, even when facing attitude from the staff in the past. However, this recent incident was unacceptable.

On 8/29/19, my order of two pizzas and brownies arrived late and cold, despite being regular customers. After contacting the manager, we were promised a credit for the next order due to the issue. Recently, when we placed another order, there was a dispute with the current manager. The delivery arrived with one pizza in poor condition. We value quality, timely delivery, and respectful treatment as loyal customers. We are disappointed with the service and the continual problems with our orders. We hope for better management and service in the future. The store in question is the St. Peters, MO Midrivers Rd location.

To whom it may concern, I had an extremely disappointing experience with Customer Service tonight. I am reaching out to the responsible authority at Dominos. Samantha Forrester placed an online order with the Ralph Avenue location in Brooklyn to be delivered to [redacted] East 61st Street in Brooklyn. Despite the short distance, the delivery took 51 minutes instead of the expected 10 minutes. On top of the delay, we received the wrong order despite tipping the delivery person. Numerous attempts to contact the store by phone failed until after a 30-minute hold as we decided to go in person. The manager, who finally answered, acknowledged the mix-up but displayed unprofessionalism and confusion in handling the situation. The reason given for the error was a shortage of staff. This led to a further delay of 20 minutes for our corrected order. The overall lack of customer service and the number of complaints from other customers present at the store are deeply concerning. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to share a recent disappointing experience with your company. Yesterday, my order was missing the pizza sauces. After contacting Vipin in your call center, he offered to have the sauces delivered by the driver who had forgotten them at the branch. Rather than just sending the sauces, I requested another pizza due to the inconvenience. Shockingly, the driver arrived with the pizza and mentioned that the cost would be taken out of his salary. Deducting the price of a pizza from a hard-working driver's salary for a simple mistake is unacceptable, especially considering the driver's dedication in extreme weather conditions. This incident has led me to reconsider placing future orders with your company and has left me disappointed in how employees are treated. I hope this matter is addressed promptly. I placed an online order for a pizza at 7:15 PM with an estimated delivery time of 27 to 37 minutes. By 8:05 PM, I called the store as my pizza had not arrived and was told it was ready to go out. Surprisingly, the online tracker had shown it was ready since 7:25 PM. Disappointed with the delay, I went to pick up my pizza at 8:40 PM and found it had been waiting for over an hour. When I requested a refund for the delivery charge due to having to collect it myself, they offered a free soda initially, but I insisted on a refund. They mentioned cancelling my online payment and making me repay for the order, which was frustrating, leading me to leave without the refund. Upon reaching home, just seven minutes away, I found the pizza was cold. This unpleasant experience has made me consider not returning to Domino's.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a Domino's pizza order at 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. The delivery arrived without a hot pouch, which disappointed us. When my husband tried to address this by calling the Dravosburg PA store around 3:30 PM, he spoke to an unprofessional employee named Jacob. Jacob claimed to be the manager but responded rudely to my husband, eventually hanging up on him. Despite the poor service and unappetizing food, when we asked for a refund, the employee mentioned the store being too busy to resolve the issue. Even after repeated calls, we were unable to speak to a manager as the staff continued to hang up. We plan to request a refund and avoid Domino's in the future. Our anniversary celebration was spoiled, and we're frustrated with the lack of resolution and poor customer service.

I live in Lorain, Ohio. We have two Domino's Pizza locations nearby – one on the east side of Route 57 (Grove Avenue) and the other on the west side of Pearl Avenue in Amherst, Ohio. A new Domino's was built to serve International Plaza and the surrounding neighborhoods, which puts us in the middle of three stores. Many residents have been contacting the Broadway and 4th Street location assuming they deliver to us, but it seems they do not. It's frustrating as we are just four blocks away from the nearest store, and it would be great if delivery could be extended a couple of blocks. Our neighborhood lacks pizza options apart from Marcos and Pizza Hut, and Domino's is missing out on potential customers in the area.

I placed an order on the app at 4 PM for a delivery scheduled at 7 PM. While the app indicated that the order was completed around 6:47 PM, it remained in that status for over an hour. After contacting the store and enduring a 30-minute hold, we requested to cancel the order. Despite being promised assistance from a manager, we were left waiting on hold for an additional 30 minutes. Unfortunately, no one addressed our concern, and we eventually abandoned the call. The order never arrived, though the app falsely claimed it was delivered. Today, I reached out to the store again and connected with the manager. She processed a refund but appeared indifferent, citing busyness as the reason for the previous night's mishap.

My family and I planned to order pizza, but when we tried to pay with my card, it got declined. We assumed it was just a pending transaction issue. However, my Money Network account showed the transaction went through, even though I never received the pizza. I would like help finding the transaction and a possible refund. I have the card, proof of the transaction, and already spoke with two managers who couldn't locate the delivery. They recommended contacting corporate. Please respond promptly. Thank you.

Over the weekend, a group of friends in my neighborhood discussed the absence of the $2 upgrade option on the $5.99 pizza special at our local Domino's store, located at [redacted] NE 4th Street Ste B, Renton, Store #[redacted]. When I inquired, I was informed they are not a corporate store. As a result, many of us have refrained from ordering Domino's. Despite checking online, the $2 upgrade option has not returned, and all my Domino's reward points seem to have disappeared, which is disappointing. We were particularly interested in trying the specialty pizzas like MeatZZa, ExtravaganZZa, and Pacific Veggie with the $2 upgrade offer. My stepdaughter, Jessyka U., placed an order at Domino's on Moller Rd in Indianapolis. I am Peggy B. residing at [redacted] W 34th St, Indianapolis, IN [redacted]. We ordered a thin crust mushroom & pepperoni, a hand-tossed sausage & pepperoni, and hot wings. Unfortunately, both nights the pizza was burnt and unappetizing. Even when they replaced the order, it was still not up to standard. While we used to enjoy Domino's, the recent experiences have left us disappointed. The burnt cheese on the pizza was a major letdown. We have decided not to order from Domino's again.
