I have not been receiving a bill. I made a payment last month, but do not know how much I owe, but only because I had not received a bill. I have moved, but go weekly to check on the mail and have not received it. It is not forwarded because it is not in my name as I bought the house from my mother. It is still in my father's name, but he has passed away. I tried to get it changed when I bought the house, but the person I spoke to said I would have to have a death certificate, which I do not have. At that time, I was told that I needed a death certificate even though I was purchasing the house. So I have just been making payments. But I have stopped getting bills and can't seem to get anyone on the phone to help me. The automated system doesn't have an option for a dead parent or not receiving a bill. I have another account for which I am paying and that is attached to my phone number. The other home does not have a phone line. Who can help me with this.
