Issue with logging into NFL Sunday Ticket U as a student without DirecTV. I'm trying to log in using the email I signed up with as the username (as per the instructions on nflsthelp website), however I'm running into CARE CODE: *** *LU****.

GetHuman4001014 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
