Experiencing account issues - I attempted to sign up for Sunday Ticket Student. I got partially through the account creation and the website crashed. Now when I try to sign up it tells me that I have an account, but when I attempt to login it is not accepting the password. And when I try to use the forgot password function it says the account doesn’t exist.
GetHuman7800209 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
