My husband bought me one of your laptops for Christmas almost two years ago. I already had a laptop that I was using with no problems. At the beginning of this year, I decided it was time to start using my new computer. I tried to set up the new one and was having a lot of trouble. I checked online for assistance and tried all of the tips I was given. Nothing worked. I eventually took it to a computer repair shop in our town. I got a call advising me that the motherboard in the new computer was worthless. To say I was not happy is putting it mildly. My husband had paid almost $*** for the laptop and now it is worthless. While I realized the one year warranty had expired, I was still extremely angry. I have used Dell products before and had never experienced anything like this. The tag is (s*n) *HKFB*Y, with a service code of ***********. We are both retired and on social security. Is there anything at all that you can do for us?
