I am a Canadian with a cottage in Michigan. I ordered Dish last June and then took advantage of the option to discontinue the service for the winter. *When I went to restart the service (by Chat), I was told it would cost twice as much as I was paying before because I discontinued the service. I was not told that would be the case and was totally upset. The chat line told me to call customer service*loyalty. I’ve have tried all day and tried various numbers and apparently your system does not accept any calls from Canada. A bit ridiculous but that is the case and that’s why I’m writing you now.*My name is Joe Bevacqua and my U.S. number is ***-***-****. *Can you help me? *And for God’s sake accept calls from your own Canadian customers.
