the issuer with my order continues but still no resolution nor any help.Strangest situation I have ever been involved in and non one at DHgate seems concerned,,,waiting for help and they are strangely silent.

find out what happened to my order (above) and find out were it was as I was told it had been shopped and delivered (to someone in New York and not to me in Green Bay WI ... i want to purchase a i robot roomba*** at $***.**. When I put it my cart it said to choose options as they were to be added to the price. However, I could not find the list of options and cool not order. Please tell me how I can find out the options so I can place my order immediately, Thanks Dr J R Koch*email *****@***.com**June **, **** the issue not only continues but gets worse! after okaying the order *********** I waited and had no word other than order and payment had been received. The next communication was a notice that it had been shipped from China with tracking ************ so I entered the number and was told by DHL that it had been shipped and arrived in New York*and was delivered next day with a signature from place it had been delivered. When I asked about *where delivered I was told the matter was closed and signed for...end of communicatioWhen I attempted to do this nothing would be sent and one reason was I was told that my order number was incorrect (same number I received from them) When I went to fill our forms none would go thru*as their compters work on a browser that my computer does not accept. Therefore I can not communicate with them as no *** or online access to them is possible. When I used the online chat the person told me I had to use different computer to communicate with DHgate computers. It took my order and my money but will not accept my not receiving the vacuum I ordered and paid for.*It was my understanding that someone from the compan y would contact me directly but so far only more silence and no vacuum or even any hope of ever getting it. Customer relations ought to come up with a better way of dealing with sellers from another country as customers have little recourse*in this most frustrating situation....impossible at best...atleast for some of us who are not techy*or computer literate.
somehow my order went to the wrong person and I received nothing but an email that stated*if they were not notified of problem in * days it would be paid to seller...but there was no way I could contact them as their computer does not receive communication from my computer and process of*enabling that is far beyond my limited skills
all I want is my vacuum I ordered and nothing else....either that or credit my account with the loss*plus something for the * days I have spend attempting to contact them and the absolute frustration*I have experienced
I have literally spend hundreds dollars thru their GHgate.com
I am out of alternatives...and will likely lose the money I paid for the vacuum I never received and was unable to contact anyone who would even look into what was going on. Now I am honestly*considering not ordering anything from DHgated ever again or atleast until they settle with me
