Today is July *th. We had a scheduled install for cameras for today between the hours of *am-**am. When it got **:** and I hadn't heard from anyone I called Cox Communications I began the task of calling C.C. They informed me after I spoke to * different people...yes * DIFFERENT people , that the tech had advised them that he was here just after *a.m. and that nobody was here. The owner Dallas Cooper and myself Alicia (the secretary) were here ON THE LOT AT **** Watson Blvd well before *a.m. and we have not seen ANY COX COMMUNICATION TECHNICIANS HERE. We are sometimes out back or in the bathroom, but we also NEVER GOT A CALL INFORMING US HE WAS ON HIS WAY OR THAT HE WAS ON THE PROPERTY. There is no miscommunication here. We are very angry, and understandably mad. This appointment time was perfect for us because we had sales scheduled after installation as so no customers would be in the tech's way. Customer Service urged us to continue to reach out to Cole, our Sales Rep in the hopes that he may reach his manager and together this issue could be resolved today. No response from him today either.*** Note that one of the customer service reps advised us that this appointment had been rescheduled for the **th. This is completely unacceptable**
