Tech just out here yesterday and much trouble getting the internet signal to come through and stay connected when he left my two phones were connected to the internet this only lasted for about a hour I called them back and they said they were sending him back and he would be here within two hours never came or called my phones are not hooked up to the internet and I can't do this text and keep being on hold I am elderly and disabled and not very good at getting around my phone and I am burning up all my minutes on hold trying to talk with them and just getting past from one department to another he should have come back yesterday as was promised I live alone in the new apt after being homeless and in very poor health and need this service to work now mycall back numbers are ***-***-**** or***-******* thanks for your help with this God Bless you and have a great day
