My issue has been ongoing without the fortune of being able to solve it or receive a solution from customer support, as I only get automated responses from the bot with the same message. The problem began the day my phone was stolen, which was the only device I used to access my account. When trying to recover my account after regaining access to my phone number and email, my account got disabled. After numerous attempts to log in, it now says that my account has been blocked. I hope you can assist me.

On April 12, my Coinbase password was changed without my permission. I immediately called Coinbase to block the account. I submitted a ticket on April 19 with all the necessary information and got a "SUCCESS" confirmation. However, there has been a delay mentioned due to heavy workloads. As of today, April 26, I have not received any further communication from Coinbase. I have tried calling but couldn't reach a live agent after multiple attempts. I also sent emails and tried to reset my password, but never received the required code or reset instructions. I am still awaiting a response from Coinbase.

I have been a victim of a scam and urgently need assistance. I was deceived into making a 3X purchase, but now they are asking for more money that I don't have. The person who recommended the purchase has scammed me, and I am unable to fulfill the contract. I am reaching out with the help of an automatic translator as I speak Spanish. I was misled into this situation and now risk losing all my money over something I didn't fully understand. Please help me as I face a financial loss due to this deceitful person. Hello, I would like a refund as I was scammed by a worker in my own home. We were friends, she shared her stories and I shared about my illnesses, as I have Parkinson's. I trusted her, and foolishly opened my account because I need an operation for my conditions and have to pay 54,[redacted] Euros. She said she would help me earn it and to trust her. I believed her, but she took everything I had in the bank. I was left with nothing. That money was meant for my treatment. It's a shame she took advantage of my illness. She said her name was María Sánchez and her email was caroly@Teylon. This is unacceptable, and I hope they investigate. When I confront her, she won't feel guilty, but she's used to it, doing this every day.

I have been struggling for over a year to verify my account with Coinbase. Due to not having a mobile number and only having a landline, I am unable to complete the verification process. Despite explaining multiple times that my phone does not receive text messages, they keep asking the same question. It seems like the person assisting me may not understand what a landline phone is. I purchased crypto from Coinbase and encountered an issue when trying to cash out $[redacted]. Even though the transaction seemed to complete, the funds did not show up in my cash wallet. After contacting customer support, I was informed that the crypto I bought, Monavale, lacks a unique identifier on the blockchain. I was advised to reach out to the crypto producer to obtain the necessary information, but was not given instructions on how to do so. Unfortunately, without a hashtag, I am unable to locate my missing money. Despite speaking with multiple agents for several hours, I was unable to resolve the issue. The comments sections on all cryptos were removed during my call. I am unsure of what steps to take next. Thank you for any assistance.

I have Lunac on Coinbase, and I don't quite understand why I can't trade with my cryptocurrencies. Coinbase has no right to freeze my cryptocurrencies no matter what has happened with them. The decision to lose or win is mine, and Coinbase has no authority to freeze their availability on my behalf, whether I lose or win. Coinbase's actions are showing the lack of seriousness of this company, and it can be said that it is stealing my assets or my economic balance, and this is called stealing in all parts of the world. I need to access my assets to transfer them to another exchange or do whatever I want with my assets and make the transactions I wish without a company deciding for me.

A few years ago, I opened a Coinbase account. Due to issues with the authenticator, I lost access to my account and created another one. The same issue occurred, leading to the creation of yet another account. I now have a functioning account backed up on multiple devices to prevent the same problem. However, I am unsure how to recover access to my old accounts. My name remains the same, but my address and phone number have changed. I still have access to the emails associated with the old accounts. I am willing to provide any necessary verification to prove my identity. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a live person via chat or email for assistance. While there wasn't much in the old accounts, I would like to access them as they are inactive.

I have my CUTX account linked to Coinbase. On August 26, I purchased $6 worth of Bitcoin using my bank account. I am new to Coinbase and noticed a discrepancy in my cash balance after this recent purchase. Typically, when I buy Bitcoin, the cash amount is added to my balance minus the Coinbase fee. However, this time the cash balance displayed on the main screen did not increase as expected after the purchase. I am uncertain why this occurred since it has been consistent before. Last Monday, on September 12, I received an email alerting me that an unauthorized purchase of $[redacted] was put on hold due to a hacking attempt on my account. Despite my account having minimal funds and being inactive since early April, I contacted the provided number. After a lengthy call, I had my husband, David, intervene and he quickly identified it as a scam. Although we tried to disconnect, the scammer persisted and managed to access my account, insisting actions needed to be taken to rectify the situation. As instructed, I complied, and three transactions totaling $3,[redacted] were made. Immediately after, I contacted the authorities and my bank, who are in the process of resolving the fraudulent activities with Coinbank Inc. on the same day. I have provided the necessary documentation to start the dispute process and recover the lost funds.

I have an account with Corn Base under the name of Randy J. from Eastern Kentucky. As a US citizen, I have $2,[redacted] in the account, but I'm unable to verify it. Instead of continuing with the verification process, I've linked my account to Truist Bank and would like to transfer the $2,[redacted] into my bank account promptly. The funds were deposited in my Corn Base account around November [redacted]. I have connected my bank account details for the transfer. To facilitate this, I can be contacted at [redacted]. My son had an account with Coinbase. Sadly, he passed away, and we are trying to access his account to retrieve any funds. We have his phone number but not the actual phone itself. We possess his email address but do not have his password. I recently had a large fee charged for converting Ethereum to CB Ethereum and then to Chain on Coinbase. The fees amounted to over $50, which I found excessively high compared to other platforms like FTX where the same trade cost about a dollar. Despite being a Coinbase One member, I was still charged an additional $30 on top of the high fees. When I reached out to customer support, they attributed the high fees to the spread. However, I questioned why there was a spread on Ethereum to Ethereum conversion, which they couldn't justify, claiming it was due to a price drop in Ethereum during my transaction. After receiving unsatisfactory explanations and no resolution, I was promised a call back from a manager that never happened. I feel deceived and unsure of how to proceed.

I am a Coinbase user from South Africa who created an account around [redacted]. While I have my email and password saved on my computer, I cannot recall the phone number linked for verification. Despite the app being available in my region, when calling Coinbase's support number (00 1 [redacted]), I am informed that there is no live support available here. I recently disputed fraudulent charges on my Coinbase Card. After I filed the disputes, I received emails confirming that provisional credits had been applied to my account. However, the next day, I got follow-up emails stating that the disputes were closed in my favor and that the provisional credits had been made permanent. The issue is that I never actually saw any credits on my account. I've been dealing with this for over two weeks now and despite reaching out to Coinbase Support, I haven't received proper assistance. I even filed a complaint last week. I'm hoping for a resolution soon, as the agents I've spoken to seem unaware of how to address my concerns. If this doesn't get resolved, I'm unsure of what other steps I can take.

I recently filed disputes for fraudulent charges on my Coinbase Card. I received emails stating that provisional credits were issued, then later that the disputes were closed in my favor and the credits made permanent. However, I never received these credits in my account. I have been trying to communicate this issue to multiple customer service agents since 10/24/[redacted]. I just need the credits paid to my account as mentioned in the emails. It has been a frustrating experience dealing with this situation.

I am facing difficulties accessing my Coinbase account due to changing my email and phone number several years ago. Regrettably, I do not recall the old email address associated with the account or the password I used. Moreover, I now have a new phone number and handset, and the old phone number linked to the account is no longer in use. Hello, I would like to discuss a matter regarding verification with a German bank account on Coinbase's platform. In Germany, users have the possibility to undergo a double verification process with a German bank account, which I attempted to do. Although Coinbase states that this verification is optional and users can opt-out with some trading restrictions, I encountered a problem during the process. Unfortunately, I couldn't successfully opt out as the verification pop-up did not display the opt-out button. Now, every time I try to access my account, the verification pop-up hinders me from accessing my funds. Considering Coinbase's deadline of December 13th for mandatory verification, I question why my account is already being restricted before this date. The initial intention was to have a choice in the matter, yet it feels like users are being compelled to undergo verification against their will. As I prefer not to be verified by a third party, I have made the decision to withdraw my funds and discontinue using Coinbase in the future. I have already reached out to Coinbase regarding this issue and will persist until it is resolved.

I am experiencing an issue with Defi-master.com platform. They are requesting me to transfer an equivalent amount to what I want to withdraw to Coinbase. Coinbase needs to verify my profile, and upon successful verification, they will release my funds. However, during a previous transfer to another wallet, I noticed a smart contract was used, resulting in the disappearance of 20k from my account, as seen through etherscan.
