I have been struggling for weeks trying to add a payment method to transfer my ZAR and withdraw my funds. Unfortunately, I cannot find my country, South Africa, listed. I used the "Redecor" app and was unexpectedly charged $[redacted]. I rarely play mobile games and didn't realize the app was deducting money from my account. When I clicked "Buy," I assumed it was part of the game. Following a warning from my bank and getting a new debit card, I connected the unauthorized charges to the app. I'd like guidance on reversing the funds taken. Despite my age of 60, I'm not naive, but in this instance, I missed the withdrawals until alerted by my bank. Amidst a divorce, spending $[redacted] on a game is inconceivable for me. I have been unable to access my Coinbase app for several months now. I do not have access to my old phones or phone numbers, and I am currently only able to use Wi-Fi on my Huawei device. I need to verify my identity by tomorrow, but I'm unable to do so because I can't access my account. I have tried calling and emailing Coinbase with no success. I have all the necessary information to verify my identity, but I just can't get into my account. Is there any way I can visit the San Francisco office for help? I recently accessed my Coinbase account after being discharged from the hospital and encountered a payment issue with a past purchase. Upon trying to make the payment, I received a connection error prompt advising me to retry or close the app. Due to my hospitalization since early November, I was unable to monitor my account until recently. Upon reviewing the activity, I discovered all my assets were liquidated around the third of December without detailed information on the transaction. I have been a dedicated Coinbase user for almost a year, yet my trading history is missing. As I was looking forward to resuming day trading, I was dismayed to find my account locked for an unspecified reason. I urge for my account to be unlocked, and my trading limits reinstated. I have always used [redacted] as my email for Coinbase, and my name is Martin. Recently, it seems like someone has stolen my identity and gained access to my Coinbase account, changing the email associated with it. They have also managed to hack and transfer my phone number. My account was compromised, with Coinbase making 40 unauthorized transactions and charging my bank account, resulting in multiple insufficient funds charges on 12/24/21. I received a message from Coinbase on 12/23/[redacted] claiming that I sent BTC, but I have never initiated any transactions from my account. Email confirmation received from Coinbase on Thu, Dec 23, [redacted] at 2:14 AM shows a BTC transfer to bc1qkyeh68masqwx3mtd3nsy7m8leqfy7ktmqjxct7, which I did not authorize.

I need help releasing my email address from a hacked account set up in a foreign country. I created this account for investing and received an email before I could add my phone number to it. I want to create a new account using my email address, but I'm unable to due to this issue. I have access to my email account while the hackers do not. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this situation. They can keep the Cardano and other card associated with the account, but I simply want to use my email address for my personal account. It's concerning that someone unknown is using my personal account and cards for their own benefit, especially individuals from another country.

Recently, I've been performing regular bank transfers while trading stocks and noticed a discrepancy with a recent deposit to Coinbase.com. Today, on 2-10, I transferred $[redacted].00 that went through successfully, but my USD account only shows $1 instead of $[redacted]. The deposit is reflected correctly on my Coinbase Mobile App, but I'm unable to make trades using the mobile app. I prefer making trades on the desktop app to avoid fees. Typically, this process works smoothly, but despite refreshing the desktop page multiple times, the deposit hasn't shown up yet. On 02/11/22, I spoke with a representative regarding a secret seed I received from bitcoin purchases in [redacted]. I provided my information, including a 16-digit secret seed number and two accompanying 34-digit numbers. The representative mentioned someone would contact me but couldn't find the answer in her resources. I've searched online but found seed information consisting of 12 words, not alpha/numeric digits like mine. I am trying to transfer the account contents to a Nano S ledger and comprehend the significance of the information. I provided my contact details to the rep, yet upon calling back, my numbers weren't recognized. I'd appreciate speaking with a representative over the phone for further assistance. I am having trouble logging into my BaseCoin account. Initially, there was an issue with the password. Hello, In [redacted], I created my Coinbase account and stored the security code for my Wallet safely. I purchased Ethereum before my laptop broke. Since then, I have relocated 13 times, even leaving the country before returning. I now have a new laptop but forgot about my Coinbase account. I remember setting up a different Gmail account for it with various security measures. After 5 years, I can't recall my email address but could attempt to recover it with the password. I'm willing to provide my Spanish ID, passport, or any necessary documents to regain access. Despite checking old messages and emails, I can't find any trace of the email I used for Coinbase. Despite my repeated requests to Coinbase to be contacted because I am unable to access CoinMarketCap to transfer the funds necessary to pay your requested expenses, and I would also like to settle my bills and buy groceries for my home as I have almost nothing left to eat, I have been trying to access my CoinMarketCap wallet for days now without any success. I always make sure to note down my login details for all my accounts to prevent this from happening, but Coinbase lets me in with the same credentials I used to open CoinMarketCap, where I logged in on 02/03/[redacted] and ever since I spoke on the phone with the London office, I have been unable to access it. I wonder why... No one has called me despite me asking Mrs. Emma Monti to do so multiple times. If my electricity and gas get cut off, I will have to report an abuse to the cybercrime unit for this mistake. I am confident in receiving a prompt and courteous response, of which I have no doubts. After investing in [redacted] with Coinbase, I lost contact with them. Recently, I discovered I have earned €28,[redacted]. On March 2nd, I received a call from +[redacted]14, a company claiming to be a debt recovery agency but turned out to be from Coinbase. However, I couldn't access the wallet shown to me. Despite using the same email and password as for Coinbase, I cannot log in; it seems they may have blocked or altered my data. I suspect an issue related to AnyDesk, used that day for remote screen sharing. I am unable to access my CoinMasterCap wallet connected to Coinbase. Users should be the only ones with access to transfer their funds, akin to accessing a private bank account. I am unfamiliar with Coinbase and have not interacted with them before. How did they obtain my email and why are they claiming money will be deposited into my account? I suspect foul play and will follow guidelines from the authorities on handling this issue. The automated message mentions my phone number does not match their records. I have no association with your company or Coinbase. This situation seems like a major scam. I plan to reach out to the Virginia Corporation Commission for more information. I am prepared to involve all necessary agencies in addressing this matter with Coinbase. Just to clarify, I am not, and never will be, a customer of this fraudulent activity. I am vigilant and will not tolerate such deceitful behavior. I doubt you will pass along this warning to any legitimate customers, assuming there are any. I will begin contacting authorities tomorrow.

I encountered an issue transferring USDT funds from Coinwpro to a BTC address provided by Coinbase. According to Coinbase, the BTC address cannot receive USDT funds, resulting in the funds being deemed 'lost'. Although Coinwpro confirmed sending the funds to the provided address, they were unable to assist in recovering them. Following Coinwpro's recommendation, I engaged with Blockchain Service via WhatsApp. Blockchain Service claims to have a 90% success rate in fund recovery but requires a 'security deposit' equivalent to half the funds. This deposit is said to be refundable regardless of their success. I am hesitant to proceed with this arrangement, as I believe Coinbase, as the source of the provided address, should take responsibility for the recovery process. I seek advice on whether I should risk sending more USDT funds to Blockchain Service on WhatsApp from my Coinbase account in the hopes of recovering the initial funds.
