I recvd a buyout form fr Spectrum for "preferred" customers. $**.** ea for internet*TV. I spoke to a human on details & recvd Choice Pick **, w* * premium channels for $** & internet which I have had thru Spectrum for many yrs. They r refusing internet at that price, refusing to reimburse buyout of $***.**. Cannot get them to budge. They r saying I had to get Select pkg, & since I had internet, I cannot get at advertised price. These things r not specified on the form sent * me. And I cannot get buyout becuz I don't have Select pkg. If they record all calls, shouldnt they b able to verify what was said to me at that time??
