I paid on my account on **** and ****---that is when they cleared the bank possibly, We had our account closed shortly after that with a telephone call. I was told that you would send a shilling box back to us to ship the wiifii back to you. Not only have I not received that box but I am being billed for a month plus after our disconnect. Please check into it. Our account number is*was *********. One of the reasons for the cancellation is that twice I had called for tech support because right after we received a new wiifii (that was suppose to boost the number of users to covering what had increased over time) my * laptops could not get online. That is * at the SAME time. Since I continued to have that problem, we cancelled our account, Now, I'm still being billed,
GetHuman-gcccc did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
