I participated in the Stranger King Burger King sweepstakes from 6/23/[redacted]-6/28/[redacted] and won 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 medium fries, and 2 ice cream sundaes. I utilized my email, [redacted], to enter and provided my address but have not received anything yet. I have an email confirming my prizes. After contacting customer service, Karen informed me that the issue would be escalated to the relevant department and promised a callback. The case ID number is RX9G8.

I made an order on 9/23 through the app and went to the Panola Rd location in Lithonia. Unfortunately, they couldn't make any fried products and advised me to request a refund through the app. I reached out to Customer Care at [redacted] on 9/27, and they opened a case, but I haven't received a response yet. I wasn't given a direct contact or a timeframe for a resolution. I just want help getting compensated for the order I paid for but didn't receive from Burger King.

I arrived at your location at [redacted] E Fletcher Avenue, Tampa, Florida, on October 8th, [redacted], at 11:47 p.m. Upon approaching the drive-thru, I noticed both employees, but when I reached the menu window, they did not greet me despite my saying hello. As I reached the second window to exit, I observed both staff members kneeling down, out of sight. I acknowledge it was late and they may have wanted to go home, but after working a 22-hour shift, I believe they should still provide good customer service at a fast-food restaurant.

I am curious about the lunch situation for employees with limited space to eat comfortably. Additionally, the ratio of managers to employees seems excessive. I enjoy my work but am concerned about the lack of consideration for where staff can have a meal. It's important to prioritize a healthy meal environment. The situation with older employees being left to close while younger staff lack work ethic is also troubling. I hope to see positive changes in how the store is managed to create a fair and conducive work environment without fear of expressing honest opinions.

My experience at this Burger King was extremely disappointing. I placed an Uber Eats order clearly stating my severe allergy to mayo. When my boyfriend went to the restaurant to correct the mistake, the staff were unresponsive, with employees chatting and lingering around. The counter attendant was seated and slow to assist him. The manager displayed a dismissive attitude, initially doubting our complaint and reacting rudely when proven wrong. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the order error, and we were unable to reach anyone by phone to explain the situation. I have found the service at this location consistently poor and lacking professionalism. The McDonald’s nearby offers superior food quality and service in comparison. I will not be returning to this Burger King.

I am an elderly individual, nearly 80 years old and disabled. My caregiver, who is 62, took me to a Burger King located in Hayward, CA. We were at the drive-thru and as I was placing my order, my caregiver was considering getting the new meatless burger. The employee informed us of the total cost, but when my caregiver tried to place her order, we were told only one order per car was allowed. With no cars in front or behind us due to police blocking the entrance, we were asked to move to the window. At the window, my caregiver attempted to order again but was refused and told to drive around the building and queue again, despite there being no cars behind us. When we asked to speak to a manager, the employee claimed to be the manager and callously refused to address our concerns. This disrespectful behavior, accompanied by unprofessional gestures, left me shocked and deeply troubled, especially witnessing the discriminatory treatment my Hispanic caregiver faced.

I recently visited Burger King with a coupon for a specific sandwich. However, they gave me two of the same sandwiches when I requested one with ham and one with sausage. In addition, they forgot to include my hash browns. While checking my order, I noticed the mistakes and informed a staff member. Despite the mix-up, the employee asked me to drive around again instead of bringing out my missing items. When I drove back to the window, I was told to go around again due to their order system, even though there was no one behind me in line. Frustrated, I decided to leave and noticed the miscommunication between staff members. I will have to return another time to get this sorted out.

I received my order incorrectly, the food was cold, and when I called to address the issue, the manager was extremely rude. She insisted that I bring the food back for her to examine, even though it was inconvenient for me with my sleeping infant and the cold weather outside. She was unhelpful and even failed to provide her name. This all happened at the Burger King location on 7th Ave N in Clanton, AL. The manager was disrespectful from the start, even trying to flirt with my husband. On top of that, they forgot the sauce we requested. This is not the first negative experience we've had at this location, as the food is often incorrect or cold. Despite being loyal customers who spent a significant amount on purchases, the poor service is not worth it. We have decided to stop visiting this Burger King due to the consistent issues with the staff and management. I hope the situation can be addressed because many others that I know have also taken their business elsewhere due to similar problems.

Hello, this morning, I visited BK in Ironwood, MI. The man at the register seemed unfriendly when my son ordered eggs and sausage. After some confusion and payment, it turned out the receipt paper had run out. The employee then used a switchblade to replace the paper, which was concerning. We had to forego hash browns for fries and the soda machine was missing ice and Cherry Pepsi. The tables were dirty, with hardened spills from the day before. This was by far my worst fast food experience. Despite my son enjoying the food, I may avoid returning if the service is similar. Thank you.

Last night, I visited Burger King after a long 10-hour workday craving a crispy chicken bacon sandwich. Arriving at the drive-thru, a woman in front of me took quite a while to place her order. Once it was my turn, I ordered just one sandwich. The lady ahead paid, received her drink, and was directed to move to the side. I then waited around 10 minutes just to pay. Inside, I noticed only 3-4 employees working while a few customers were waiting to order. No one was available at the counter to take new orders. After paying, I was asked to park behind the lady with a large order and waited an additional 10 minutes. Witnessing other unhappy customers leaving due to long wait times, when my order finally arrived, the employee apologized for the bun shortage and offered a different one. Despite the kind service, it was evident the staff was overwhelmed and the store lacked proper management. This occurred on a relatively quiet Monday at 6:15 pm. Over the years, this location has faced ongoing service issues and order inaccuracies. In contrast, a nearby branch has always provided efficient service. The address of the problematic store is 4[redacted] N. Courtenay Pkwy, Merritt Island, Florida [redacted]. The sandwich I received was lacking condiments and had excessive lettuce and sad-looking tomatoes. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at store [redacted] on Tuesday, November 26, [redacted]. When I arrived at the restaurant around 12:45 p.m. and presented a completed survey from a previous receipt for a free whopper, the daytime manager's response was unacceptable. The manager insisted that I needed to purchase a drink and fries to redeem the offer, which I was willing to do. However, the manager's nonchalant attitude, tone, and body language were unprofessional. The way she rolled her eyes and walked off was not in line with customer service expectations. This encounter left me feeling dissatisfied with the service provided. Thank you. - Victor D.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience at the BK locations in Dumfries, VA, and Gainesville, VA. On 11/30, I purchased 3 apple pies in Dumfries, VA for a total of $5.69. However, on 11/25 in Gainesville, VA, the same order only cost $3.18. After checking online and seeing that apple pies are priced at $1, I'm confused by the price difference between the two locations. I'm not sure how I would like this to be resolved, but I am open to any solution you think is appropriate. Thank you.

I visit Burger King in Valley, Alabama every morning at 6:08 as I drive a large vehicle. I park on the side of the drive-thru, where I meet three others. Unfortunately, they can easily enter from the other parked side, while I have to walk around the building or wait for a friend to get someone to unlock the door on my side. This has been occurring around three days a week for the past month. I wonder why they can't unlock both sides simultaneously for convenience.

I placed an order that needed to be prepared. I inquired about the wait time and mentioned a prior commitment at the doctor's office. The employee at the window consulted the manager. The manager then accused me of being rude, to which I calmly responded that I was not. I moved forward to the designated waiting area for my order. When the manager approached me again with accusations of rudeness, I questioned the basis for the claim. They alleged that the employee had mentioned I wasn't going to move forward, which was untrue. In the end, both the employee and the manager insisted that we had been rude, despite my efforts to stay polite and patient throughout the interaction.

I experienced a frustrating situation at the drive-thru tonight. I waited over five minutes behind one car before ordering. When I got to the window to pay, they told me they were out of half my order. The manager casually mentioned they were out of everything, leaving me no choice but to leave and find dinner elsewhere. I was disappointed by the lack of concern for customer service and the apparent inventory issues at this restaurant. It's concerning if they can't provide half their menu and turn customers away without any explanation. It's unfortunate that this experience has led to me no longer being a customer at that branch.

My breakfast experience in Clayton, GA [redacted] was a disaster. Upon reaching the drive-thru window, I was greeted with "Welcome to McDonald's," even though I clearly mentioned I wanted Burger King. Despite ordering a sausage egg biscuit, coffee with one creamer, and a small mocha frappe, I ended up with a croissant, a large mocha, and no creamer. The employee even lacked the proper change for my order, causing a delay. This mix-up was only discovered after I had left the restaurant, leaving me disappointed with the entire situation.

I have frequented the Burger King on Main Street in Reading, MA. Recently, I ordered the Impossible Burger, but on two occasions, I received real meat instead. Unfortunately, this latest incident left me feeling ill. After contacting the manager and requesting her name, she refused and proceeded to mock my complaint. Her unprofessional and rude behavior is unacceptable. Proper training is crucial for the staff to prevent such mistakes. It is disappointing that individuals like her contribute to the negative reputation leading to legal actions against the company.

I have frequented the Burger King in Reading, MA on Main Street and recently encountered issues with my orders. On two occasions, I received real beef instead of the plant-based burger I requested, leading to an illness this time. Upon contacting the manager to address the situation, I was met with unprofessional behavior. The manager laughed, mocked me, declined to provide a name, and abruptly ended the call. It is concerning that I have been served the wrong food multiple times, jeopardizing my health, and faced with disrespectful treatment from the manager. This level of service is unacceptable, and I believe the company should ensure that their staff members are more considerate and attentive to customer concerns.

I frequent the Burger King on Main Street in Reading MA. Recently, I ordered the plant-based burger and was accidentally served real beef for the second time. This resulted in me getting sick. When I called the manager to address the issue in a polite manner, she rudely laughed and mocked me before hanging up when I requested her name. This behavior is unacceptable. Not only have I fallen ill due to this mistake, but the manager's attitude was extremely unprofessional. I will be reporting this incident if the matter is not addressed promptly.

I won a copy of Black Ops: Modern Warfare for PS4 through the BK app. I selected a card, and it revealed the game. After inputting my email as [redacted], the screen returned to the code entry field without allowing me to provide my address or phone number. My alternate email is [redacted] I am hoping for assistance in claiming my prize, and I believe it should be saved in my account.
