I would like to express my deep concerns regarding my recent visit to Burger King in Trinidad at the Gasperillo branch this morning with my one-year-old baby. While placing my order, the cashier was unhelpful and impolite, displaying a negative attitude. Despite my confusion with the menu items, she did not take the time to assist me and rushed the process. When I received my order, it did not meet my expectations for the price paid. When I tried to address this, she responded rudely and used inappropriate language while other workers and customers laughed. This distressing experience even led me to seek medical treatment for heightened blood pressure. I have consulted my lawyer about this unprofessional behavior from your employee. I am eager for someone to get in touch with me to discuss how to proceed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have a complaint to make about my recent experience at the drive-thru. I waited in line behind a car for about 5 minutes, only to realize they were having a personal conversation with someone in the restaurant. When they finally left, I didn't see an order come out. I considered reporting this behavior to the manager but hesitated in case it was the manager involved. Despite feeling upset, I placed my order, paid, and drove home, which is only 5 minutes away. However, when I got home, the fries were cold and dry, and my chicken sandwich tasted rubbery and unpleasant, like it had been reheated in the microwave. I wonder how many other customers have experienced this and urge for proper action against such behavior to ensure good customer service and respect.

I'd like to share an incident that happened to my colleagues and me during our recent visit to Burger King. We all work at Castle Laser Tag nearby and often grab food from local fast-food spots while on our shifts. I went to the store located at [redacted] Laurel Bowie Road in Bowie, [redacted], on Thursday, April 4, around 8 pm to get burgers for myself and 5 others. Despite waiting in line for a long time, I was informed that they had RUN OUT OF BURGERS. The manager suggested making chicken sandwiches instead and threw in an extra one for the inconvenience. However, it took a whole 40 MINUTES for them to prepare the chicken sandwiches. I think it would be a good idea to check on this store's management to ensure things are running smoothly. There seem to be frequent complaints about this specific location. Thank you, Sean Lashley [redacted] August Court Bowie, MD [redacted]

I've been attempting to place an order at my local Burger King but I keep getting disconnected. It has been a frustrating experience as my calls to the BH2 branch in the UK with postcode BH4 9BW either went unanswered or I was promptly cut off. Despite numerous attempts, I finally managed to place my order. I believe Burger King owes me for the time and effort wasted on this issue. As a Public Relations specialist, I have escalated my experience by reaching out to a newspaper to share the details.

I recently visited your location at [redacted] Atlanta Highway in Athens, GA, at 2:30 pm to purchase the fifty-cent coffee advertised by Burger King. However, I was informed by the manager, Ms. E., that coffee was not available at that time, only tea. She mentioned that they could brew coffee if I waited twenty minutes but suggested going to Race Trac next door for coffee instead. This lack of customer service was disappointing, especially when Ms. E. responded, "I don't care," when I expressed my concerns. As a former store owner, I believe such behavior from a supervisor warrants termination. If I were in charge, I would have apologized for the inconvenience, offered alternatives, and maintained good customer relations. Thank you for listening to my feedback.

I filed a complaint seeking compensation because at the Tottenham Hale Burger King, a worker accidentally spilled a drink all over my new car. Now everything is sticky, and the window buttons are not working properly. Despite my complaint, no one seems to care. I took my car to Mercedes Benz in Loughton, and they provided me with an invoice for approximately £[redacted]. I urgently need to repair and thoroughly clean my car. I have already sent the invoice to the Burger King store, and they mentioned that someone would contact me, but no one has reached out yet. I am about to go on holiday, so it's crucial to resolve this matter promptly. Please contact me on my number. I have a 9-month-old son, and the car's condition is not suitable for his rides. I sincerely hope for a prompt response and resolution to this issue. My name is Sait, and I am lodging a complaint against the Burger King store at Tottenham Hale. Thank you.

Store [redacted]: Today for lunch, we ordered a DBL Cheese Burger, Mazz Sticks, and a small drink. Despite asking for a $6 Double Whopper meal, we received a single cheeseburger initially but they corrected it. Additionally, my husband got 2 Whoppers, fries, and a small drink. The service was unpleasant; the staff rudely questioned our order. Despite being not too busy, the whole operation seemed poorly managed. In comparison, the Burger King in Pottstown operates excellently. Changes are necessary in Morgantown to keep this business afloat. My husband spoke to a possible regional manager about our experience. Consider this feedback before losing more customers.

I'm from out of town and recently visited the BK on Broadway in Cape Girardeau, MO. Unfortunately, I had to wait for 25 minutes, and my second order was served before my initial one. To make matters worse, my food was left sitting on a tray instead of in the heat chute. The onion rings I received were extremely disappointing - they were hard, cold, and crispy, falling apart as soon as I touched them. I couldn't even eat them, which was a letdown since I was really looking forward to enjoying them. Overall, I was very unsatisfied with the service at this location. I have worked in fast food for over 35 years, and this was definitely the worst service I have ever experienced.

Burger King used to be my favorite restaurant in town for years until yesterday. The location on Valley Mills Drive has a similar problem, but my recent visit was even worse. I visited the restaurant around 5 p.m. with my family, and I couldn't believe what I saw. The place was filthy, with a diaper on the floor and a young lady cleaning it up along with other trash. Grease and trash were all over the tables, making it impossible to eat in such an unsanitary environment. As a long-time fan of Burger King, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of these restaurants in Waco. If you need more details or a video of what occurred, please let me know. I apologize for any inconvenience, but urgent action is needed to clean up these establishments for the health and safety of customers. The specific location in question is at [redacted] Interstate 35 in Waco, Texas.

I tried calling BK headquarters at 3:21 PM today, but no one answered after 34 rings. My concern is about the Scan Your Cup promotion. The promotional card on the dining tables states "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY," but to play, you must buy a soft drink. This seems like false advertising. Even after buying a small drink, Double Whopper, and fries, my cup didn't have the required icon. When I asked, I was told a medium or large drink was needed for the special cup. This requirement isn't mentioned anywhere. When I tried to find rules online, the page was not found. It's frustrating. I visited store #[redacted] and just want the promotion to be honored as stated on the cards at the tables. I only want a cup to scan. Thank you, Steve.

I recently visited Burger King [redacted] on Bullard Avenue in New Orleans at 12:15 on a Monday. The restaurant was unusually busy, with a messy environment and slow service. Upon entering, there were 4 or 5 staff members present but the wait times were long. Customers were frustrated with the delays and the limited drink options available. The soda dispenser had issues, only dispensing one type of soda properly. Additionally, there were problems with the stock of certain menu items. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, leading to poor customer service experiences. The lack of available frozen drinks in the summer heat was disappointing. Overall, the shortcomings of this visit seemed to stem from a shortage of staff and poor management, leaving patrons feeling let down by the service provided.

I went to the Beech Grove Burger King on S. Emerson Ave. in Indianapolis, IN at 11:34 p.m. Upon arriving, my friend and I experienced a lack of service while waiting in the fully lit drive-thru. When we moved forward to the window, the workers inside did not acknowledge us nor make an effort to take our order. Inside, the service specialist seemed disinterested in helping us. After honking our horn, we realized they had closed early. The encounter with the staff member, a black female, left us feeling frustrated.

I purchased 2 of the special 2 for $6 mix and match deals. I selected a Whopper and a grilled chicken sandwich, and I was charged $6 for that. However, when I added two more Whoppers, I was charged $8.98 each. I expressed my concerns to the cashier, who insisted I needed to specify that I wanted the 2 for $6 deal, which I did. Despite my complaint, I was told to wait for someone who never showed up. No manager addressed the issue, and the cashier even had the nerve to check on the quality of the overpriced Whoppers as she left for her car. It was a disappointing experience at Burger King location BK#[redacted] on Sun, Jul 21, [redacted], at 11:48 AM.

I recently visited Burger King at Uxbridge the Pavilion, and I was shocked by the disrespectful way the shift manager, Claudio, spoke to me. I have frequented this location many times with my children, but based on this experience, I am hesitant to return. The manager's behavior was unacceptable, and I felt mistreated and undervalued as a customer. I believe this issue should be taken seriously and addressed promptly. The manager's rudeness and inability to communicate effectively with customers is concerning. I left the restaurant feeling upset and hope that Burger King will investigate this matter and handle it appropriately. I am not asking for the manager to be terminated, but I do believe he may benefit from additional training on customer service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

While in the drive-thru at Burger King on 65 Lincoln Ave, Bellevue, PA [redacted], between 7:00 pm and 7:40 pm, my total order came to $22.19. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a receipt for my purchase. When I handed the cashier $20 and $30, confusion arose, and I believe I was not given the correct change of $20. Despite the cashier's denial, I am certain I gave her the money. I searched in and around the car, but the money was not found. The manager mentioned reviewing the surveillance footage but concluded I never handed the money over. I have been trying to contact the restaurant without success. I simply want my money back. Thank you. - E.M.

My recent experience at the Burger King on 9 Martinsburg Rd in Mount Vernon, OH was disappointing. Today around 12:40 p.m., I ordered a Whopper Jr Meal with cheese in the drive-thru but did not receive the cheese. Additionally, when I paid for my meal, the cashier placed my change inside the receipt without informing me, causing the change to fall on the ground when she handed me the receipt. Despite this, she closed the window without acknowledging the mistake. After requesting my change back, the cashier refused but eventually provided it after involving the manager. It would greatly improve the customer experience if cashiers were trained to hand change separately while stating the amount. This simple change could prevent such mishaps in the future and improve customer satisfaction.

I have a concern regarding the music played at my favorite Burger King branch at Golf Links and Houghton Rd. in Tucson, AZ. The noise from the overhead speakers is unpleasant and adds no value to my dining experience. Despite asking staff to lower the volume or turn it off, I was informed that they are unable to do so. Additionally, the TV is muted while loud music plays, which seems counterintuitive. The atmosphere used to be quiet, but now it's disruptive. Please review your music policies to consider customers who prefer a quieter environment while eating. Thank you.

I had a negative experience at the Burger King outlet in Noida Sector 18. The staff mistreated me after I presented a meal voucher, and a male manager took my phone inside while I was trying to place an order. Even after I asked for my phone back, they refused to return it immediately and made me sit on the floor. Their behavior was unsolicited and unacceptable. I would appreciate a prompt response via email at [redacted] regarding this incident.

In the past 6 months, my visits to the Burger King in Soddy Daisy, TN have been disappointing. Each time I try to complete the survey, I encounter issues with the printer not functioning properly. As a result, I cannot obtain the store number or the survey code. I wonder if this is a problem only at this location or if it is a widespread issue at all Burger King restaurants. Moreover, the quality of the food has significantly declined. The chicken items are consistently undercooked, whether it's nuggets, sandwiches, or even salads. The deep-fried sweet tacos are unpleasant and not worth the money, despite their $1 price tag. Even the burgers have deteriorated in taste and freshness compared to other locations. Although the drive-thru staff are courteous and professional, the overall food quality at this particular store leaves much to be desired, explaining the lack of customer traffic.

Hello, I recently completed a Burger King survey and was awarded a free Whopper upon purchase of a drink and fries within 30 days. During a recent visit, I ordered a Whopper, a small soda, fries, and also an Impossible Whopper, totaling $13.44. When I used my free Whopper redemption code, the cashier informed me that my new total was $10.14. This seemed off considering the regular Whopper price at my Pennsylvania store is $4.19. The math didn't add up as subtracting $4.19 from $13.44 should have left me with $9.25. The cashier mentioned the free Whopper price being different. I'm puzzled by this. Can someone please clarify this for me? Thank you.
