I left halfway home when I realized the cashier didn't give me my change, so I turned back. Upon returning, I knocked on the window with my car brush to get her attention. When she finally came to the window, I explained she never returned my change. Her initial response was that she had given me my change, then she claimed I had come in earlier, which I refuted. Lastly, she insisted I had given her five ones when I knew I had handed her a $10 bill. Her dismissive attitude led her to abruptly close the window on me. I waited in the drive-thru until another customer arrived, then left. The next morning, I returned at 6:30 AM and spoke with the manager. After some investigation, the manager informed me that the cashier's cash till was not over $50 and the security cameras didn't show any discrepancy. It was frustrating that despite promising to review the footage, the manager then said the cameras wouldn't show anything. Overall, the cashier's poor customer service and lack of effort to resolve the issue were disappointing.

Currently I'm at Burger King in Elements Mall, Bangalore. I'm facing an issue with their service. The coke I received was warm, so I complained about it. They replaced it with a coke filled with ice, but now it has turned into water. I'm hesitant to complain to the staff because if they cannot resolve it properly the first time, I doubt they can make their customers happy.

I just visited the Burger King on Main St, Niagara Falls. I want to express my frustration as I always seem to encounter issues when placing my order. I'm fed up with repeatedly being charged for extra items like cheese on my sandwiches and not receiving them. I believe I have been overcharged multiple times, which adds up over time. I have never made a complaint before, but I think it's essential for your employees to pay attention to the orders in front of them and prepare them correctly instead of causing delays and mistakes. I have decided not to dine at any of your franchises or support your business when it seems like customers are being taken advantage of consistently across different locations.

I am seeking the local phone number for my Burger King in Orange, Texas, to place an order or inquire about their hours, delivery options, and if they're open 24 hours. I am thrilled that Burger King has returned to Orange after a long wait, as the closest one was previously 20 miles away. I would treat myself to my favorite "Original chicken sandwich on the sesame seed bun" a few times a year. I appreciate Burger King for always maintaining a clean environment, serving fresh food, and having a polite and professional staff. Thank you for valuing customer feedback, it is evident that you care about your customers’ experiences. Additionally, I find your website informative, though it was missing the local phone number. Thank you for your attention to detail and care for your customers. Sincerely, C.

Once a month, we visit Duke University Children's Hospital and always drop by the Burger King on [redacted] W Club Blvd, Durham, NC [redacted]. Last Friday, 13 July [redacted], we ordered Chicken Nuggets, but to our dismay, they were just batter without any chicken! Despite being unable to return to the store as we traveled back to Virginia, we saved the nuggets as proof. The lack of quality control at Burger King, or should I say 'Batter King,' is concerning. It makes one wonder about the standards for the other food items they serve. Hopefully, someone from Burger King will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. S. W.

I am reaching out because I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at the Burger King located at [redacted] 50th. I ordered the BK Brewhouse King and the bacon and cheese crunchy chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the burger bun was hard, the patty was overcooked, there was a lack of tavern sauce, and the bacon was soggy. The chicken sandwich was missing lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. Additionally, the fries were cold, and the Dr. Pepper was watered down. This occurred last Friday or Saturday around 8 pm. I wanted to provide this feedback so that improvements can be made to prevent similar issues for future customers. I doubt I will be returning, but I hope this helps address these concerns for others. Thank you.

This establishment is consistently disappointing. Despite previous negative experiences, I gave it another chance. However, this recent visit solidified my decision to never return. An issue arose at the drive-thru when I ordered onion rings but received old fries due to a lack of communication. The quality of the food was unacceptable, and it felt like a waste of money. This incident highlighted the subpar service and made me question if they truly ran out of onion rings or if it was just laziness. Despite having a family connection to the owner, the consistently poor experience has made me decide not to patronize this establishment again.

The food quality at location [redacted] in Roswell, NM is generally good, but the customer service could use some improvement. For instance, when I asked for my hamburger to be cut in half, I was given a plastic butter knife and had to insist on a proper one. It would be nice if they delivered the food to the table when it's ready like McDonald's does. The drink prices are quite high compared to other fast food chains. Additionally, the flour coating on the French fries isn't to my liking. When they asked for my name, I said "Mr. Wilson" but when my order was ready, they just called out "Wilson" without the "Mr." which I found disrespectful considering my age.

I intended to purchase the 9 Pc chicken fingers advertised for $1.69. However, the cashier told me they were no longer on sale. Despite pointing out the ongoing promotion display, she insisted on the full price. When I asked for corporate contacts, she provided only website details. Speaking to the manager, I explained the issue with the blank paper given to me. The manager mentioned it was standard procedure for complaints at Burger King but didn't offer further information. Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I left feeling disappointed. This experience has left me with the decision not to return to that Burger King location in the future.

I visited Burger King in Dwarka Sector-12 Food Court, Delhi, India, to get a cookie shake. The staff mentioned a 10% discount if I filled out a survey for their store, which I did. They filled in positive ratings using my phone and gave me a ticket number for the discount. Later, when my friend wanted to order, I tried to apply the discount, but they said it couldn't be used on already discounted items. I feel uncomfortable that they used my phone for the survey without permission and disappointed that the discount wasn't honored as promised.

I would like to file a complaint regarding an incident with an employee at a Burger King in Holbrook, Massachusetts. Last night, around 11:40 p.m., I visited the restaurant located at [redacted] S Franklin St, Holbrook, MA [redacted]. Despite the online closing time being listed as 12:00 a.m., when I tried the drive-thru, no one responded. Upon entering the store, I observed a confrontation between a lady I assumed was the manager and a customer. When I inquired about the closing time, the manager rudely replied, "Yes we’re closed." It was only 11:40 p.m. at that point. The staff's early closing and the manager's use of vulgar language were unacceptable. Witnessing the staff and a customer engaging in a heated argument, including physical aggression, left me feeling unsafe. I urge the Burger King team to address this matter promptly. Please contact me via email to discuss a resolution. Thank you.

On November 20, [redacted], my husband and I visited Burger King at [redacted] Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio, [redacted], Store I.D. #[redacted] for lunch at 12:15 pm before going to a doctor's appointment. I have some concerns about our experience: 1. The store was out of regular and sourdough buns, only offering Sesame Seed buns. When low on products, it's common to source from other stores, which didn't seem to happen here. 2. Our $16.10 order couldn't be paid with a $20 bill as they had no change, requiring us to give exact change. 3. The drink machine had limited options, and when it ran out, it wasn't refilled promptly, causing frustration. 4. The women's restroom had no hand soap, violating hygiene standards, which is concerning. Overall, the service and cleanliness issues need improvement for customer satisfaction and health. I hope to hear back with solutions soon. Sincerely, M. Patterson

I rode my bike a mile and a half to get food at Burger King in Nappanee, Indiana, at 11:02, thinking they were open until 12 as the website indicated. However, they turned me away, claiming they were closed until 12 despite the sign on the window displaying the extended hours. The staff was unhelpful and even threatened to involve the police. I believe after this inconvenience, I at least deserve some compensation, like free coupons, for the misleading information on your website. These repeated issues at Burger King in Nappanee are becoming frustrating, and I may start considering McDonald's as a more reliable option.

Burger King's "Cheesemas" promotion has offended many individuals who view Christmas as a sacred holiday commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ. Those responsible for this marketing campaign seem to have overlooked the significance of this day. The term "Cheesemas" is seen as disrespectful and lacks humor for a number of people I have spoken to about this matter. It is suggested that Burger King would not have propagated a promotion that could be seen as derogatory towards Islam for fear of backlash. Many Christians are urging Burger King to discontinue the use of "Cheesemas" in their advertisements to avoid further controversy. Your cooperation on this matter will prevent us from escalating this issue online. Thank you. - R. C. and Others

I recently visited Burger King and ordered a Whopper Jr value meal with a medium ice tea and medium fries, along with an order of Cini Minis. The fries I received were small instead of medium, the Cini Minis were undercooked, I didn't receive a receipt, and there were no napkins in my bag. Unfortunately, I was in a rush to get home for a repair appointment, so I couldn't check my order before leaving the drive-thru. This isn't the first time my orders have been incorrect at this location - on three previous occasions, I received a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a regular one. As someone with Burning Mouth Syndrome, I can't consume spicy food due to the pain it causes. I'm hesitant to speak with the manager directly for fear of future mishaps with my orders, as I am a frequent customer at this Burger King.

I experienced a frustrating visit at your Burger King location ([redacted] S. Himalaya St., Aurora, CO [redacted]) while trying to place an order through the mobile app. Upon arrival, the app failed to work properly multiple times, and the staff informed me they couldn't process my order due to a coupon issue. Additionally, the restaurant was unclean, with food and grease on the floor and messy counters. The drive-thru menu was damaged and illegible, indicating poor management. I have photos for reference. This disappointing experience wasted over 40 minutes of my time, preventing me from participating in the Holiday Game and obtaining my desired order. I will not be returning to this location and hope for a solution to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you, Scott Taylor.

This morning, my husband and I visited the Burger King at [redacted] N. Brookhurst, Anaheim, California [redacted] for breakfast. Upon arriving, we noticed one customer ahead of us ordering. An employee, named Gabby, was hugging her coworkers instead of attending to the customers. When I placed my order for the #6 burrito and the pancake and sausage platter, Gabby informed me the pancakes were now $3.99, not the advertised $0.89. Despite confirming my order, I only received pancakes, missing the sausage. When I confronted Gabby, she argued that I ordered a different item, leading to a disagreement. Eventually, I asked for a refund as my order was not fulfilled correctly. The manager and Gabby did not handle the situation well, resulting in a confrontation. Due to the disrespectful treatment received, we requested and received a partial refund of $9.00 before leaving the restaurant. This disappointing experience has made us reconsider our patronage of this establishment where we have been regular customers since its opening.

I am currently at Burger King in Atlanta, GA at the location with the number [redacted]. I used the drive-thru and had to wait for over 20 minutes without any communication from the staff. When I received my food, I inquired about a discount due to the long wait. The employee at the window initially declined but offered a larger size for my fries when I requested to speak to the manager. There was a lack of apology until I mentioned my lengthy wait. The staff claimed the delay was due to the car in front having a large order, which I later found out was untrue. Despite being informed that receipts were not being given out, I required one for business purposes. The food I received was also cold. I am disappointed with this experience and hope Burger King can address this matter. If footage from 2/9/[redacted] between 5:20 pm to around 5:55 pm is reviewed, the situation can be understood. I ordered a veggie burger meal with a frozen coke. The staff at this location, starting from management, needs retraining as the service was subpar. I express my discontent with the store's operation and service quality.

I went to address a mistake in my drive-thru order at the restaurant. I mentioned that this issue occurs frequently. The manager, Ryan, reacted heatedly, blaming me for using inappropriate language. I had ordered three burgers with fries priced at £1.99 each and four chilli cheese bites at £1.29 each. However, I only received the three burgers and four chilli cheese bites instead of four portions. The Burger King location is consistently empty, unlike the busy McDonald's nearby. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager at the Westwood Cross branch in Broadstairs, Kent. I had a conversation with someone in the complaints department, but they seemed indifferent to my concerns. We have chosen not to return and prefer McDonald's.

I had a disappointing experience at the Burger King located at [redacted] Tara Boulevard in Hampton, Georgia, [redacted] this morning. They were out of Coke and Cini Minis, and the service was slow with four cars waiting for their orders. Customers inside were also frustrated with the long wait times. I waited for 12 minutes in the drive-thru queue only to receive the wrong order of ham and cheese croissants instead of the egg croissants I ordered. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back and correct it before work. The Burger King receipt is illegible as if the printer was running out of ink. This experience has made me decide not to return, as they seemed unprepared for the Saturday crowd during the first day of Spring break.
