I had a problem with my SIM card and I called boost mobile customer service and told them about my problem and then they had me get my phone checked out by Apple on my own costs which costed me **$ to send my phone to Apple then Apple said that my sim cartilage was good and had no problem but the sim that boost mobile gave me when I purchased it was out of date then I had called boost and told them and they made me wait for about a month and *** didn’t use my phone for a month and *** straight then when boost finally did send me a new SIM card a month already past and I wasn’t using any of my services but was still paying for the month and I think that is totally unfair for boost customer service to do that to me. And made me pay to get my phone checked when it was the problem with the sim the whole time and I was still paying my bill for boost so I don’t loose my number or services with boost
