I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S* Preowned Orchid Gray **GB phone online on the Boost Mobile website approx. * hours ago for $***.**. I happen to look at the email confirmation and it states that the phone I ordered is a ** GB Galaxy S*. I have been trying to call and after finally getting the sales department they transferred me over to a customer service line which no one answers and then when I tried to call back they have put my phone number on an auto bypass where it does not go to their number anymore but straight to the unanswered customer service number. The order no. is ek-bepp-*********. My printed out paperwork confirmation shows the ** GB phone was ordered. Please respond.
