I would like assistance in clarifying the reason for my recent ban. I have been feeling down about it as I believe I was banned unjustly. On June 24, I received an email saying my account was permanently closed, but I managed to appeal and reduce the ban to 6 months. Despite this, as someone who supports your games and has been considering a subscription, 6 months feels excessive. I pride myself on fair play and do not resort to cheats or third-party programs. This is my first ban ever, and I value the relationships I've built in the game. I am curious about the player complaints mentioned in the notification and question their validity. I trust that a review of my account history will confirm my commitment to fair gaming practices. Your understanding and fairness in this matter would be highly appreciated.

I was initially thrilled about the Kul Tiran race in World of Warcraft. The representation of a more natural body style was refreshing. Despite not being interested in the Battle for Azeroth expansion, I decided to delve into it to unlock the Kul Tirans in Shadowlands. Unfortunately, my health issues caused a drastic weight gain, making me a target for ridicule in society. I put in a lot of effort to unlock the Kul Tiran character, despite disliking the content, because I found empowerment in having a hero representing my current self. However, upon changing races and discovering the character animations and options reinforced negative stereotypes, it deeply hurt me. I wish to have my characters changed back to avoid feeling insulted and belittled by the design choices. I don't seek a refund but rather two race changes for Rendevere and Sighrenn to races that don't trigger negative emotions about my weight gain due to health conditions.

Last night, my account was hacked after receiving a suspicious link in-game that resembled an official message from Blizzard. Despite not engaging in any activity that would lead to a suspension, I clicked the link out of concern. The link led me to a page that appeared to be a Blizzard login screen; I entered my details and was immediately logged out. Upon regaining access, I discovered my account had been stripped of all items, which the hacker sold for gold and transferred. I've since contacted Blizzard to resolve the issue, as I've invested extensive time into acquiring these possessions across both retail and Classic TBC WoW. Without the return of these items and gold, I won't be able to continue playing.

Last Wednesday, while playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare, I noticed my in-game name changed from JLW to AYMAN. Upon checking my Activision account on their website, I discovered an unknown Blizzard account linked to mine. I immediately attempted to unlink the accounts but found myself temporarily banned, although the ban was lifted today after a week. I tried once more to remove the link but realized I cannot do so for another 12 months. Despite reaching out to Activision for assistance, I have had no success. I suspect a hacker gained access to my account via the linked Blizzard account. I possess details of the individual, including their home address, full name, and Activision ID.

My account was compromised, and the email and password were changed without my knowledge. Despite attempting to log in with the original email and phone number associated with my account, I was unsuccessful. When trying to seek assistance on the website, I encountered an error message stating "account not found" or "invalid username." The account username is biink_14, and I had significant progress in games such as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Cold War. I am concerned about losing my achievements and would appreciate it if Blizzard could resolve this issue by eliminating the hacker's access and restoring my account.

While playing Call of Duty Cold War with a friend, I suddenly got logged out of my account. When trying to log back in, my email and password were invalid, and the website also showed me as an invalid user. After investigating my emails, I found 3-4 messages confirming that my account information had been changed without my permission. I am willing to provide proof if needed. While farming with my friend in the wetlands today, I recall an incident last week where we had a disagreement. My friend, K., had mentioned doing mythic plus runs, but when the time came, she seemed to have blown me off for someone she preferred. I went to find her in Goldshire to discuss it; there was no threat involved, just a desire to confirm our plans. She seemed upset with me, and after she told me to leave her alone, I respected her wishes and backed off. However, I noticed she removed me from her contacts, which was hurtful. I sent her a message apologizing for my behavior and have since given her space. Today, I reached out with a morning greeting and an apology for my past actions. I must have been reported, possibly by her, leading to my suspension. I am truly regretful if I violated any rules and promise not to repeat this mistake. I sincerely hope for another opportunity to make amends.

I want to share my thoughts on the ongoing lawsuit situation. Keep your head up! Every company deals with issues, and unfortunately, yours is in the spotlight now. If anyone feels uncomfortable at work, they should seek help from HR. Some people stay silent to avoid trouble or losing their job. It's a common problem in many workplaces, regardless of size. Despite efforts to educate and manage behavior, issues persist. Women in power can also contribute to the problem. Stay strong, Blizzard. I've been a Warcraft fan since [redacted], although health issues limit my gameplay now. I still enjoy the game casually. For the Horde!

I am having trouble accessing a game through the Battle.net launcher because it is asking for my account details. When I tried to retrieve my password via email, I discovered that my email had been changed to [redacted] The correct email should be the one I am currently using to contact you. I suspect my account has been hacked as I received an email from Battle.net confirming the change. When trying to recover my email using my phone number, it also leads to the unfamiliar email address. This situation is urgent to me as my account holds great personal value. I recently reinstalled StarCraft 2 after not playing for approximately 10 years. While my username and password are still valid, I am unable to access the game. When I try to enter, I encounter multiple issues, such as being unable to connect to Blizzard services despite attempts to play offline. The game prompts me to download files even though it is a clean installation straight from the disk. As I purchased the game, I am puzzled by the inability to connect. After reinstalling StarCraft * recently, I encountered issues logging in to play the game. Despite having valid login credentials, I couldn't access the game properly. Upon logging in, I would reach a screen displaying my player name and shop along with a "PLAY" button. Clicking on "PLAY" led to a continuous loop of attempting to launch the game, followed by an error message stating, "Can't connect to Blizzard services, temporary outage. Try again later." This problem persisted for a week. Even attempting to play offline was unsuccessful as it required a connection to Blizzard services, which seemed counterintuitive. Moreover, the prompt to download additional files despite a clean disk installation was puzzling. I have purchased the game, so the inability to access it both online and offline is frustrating. I hope for a resolution to these connectivity issues promptly so I can enjoy both online and offline gameplay as intended. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I am experiencing an issue with my account that occurred at 3:32 AM on Sunday morning when I received an email informing me that my account email had been changed without my knowledge. The account was then linked to a new email and a charge of $55 was made using my payment method. When I tried to log in to WOW later, I was unable to access my account. Despite contacting GMs for help, the solution suggested was to delete the existing email associated with the account, which does not address the fact that my account may now be under a hacker's control. I need assistance in recovering my original account name SADLE#[redacted] and having it linked back to my [redacted] email address.

Hello, I recently received an email notifying me that my account on Blizz WoW has been banned due to alleged hacking activity related to gold-selling. However, I am not involved in such activities and have limited knowledge about using add-ons from Curse Forge. I would like to resolve this issue and have my account unbanned. Additionally, I have been unable to set up the Blizz authentication on my new phone because I no longer have access to the old phone for the required code. I have contacted Blizz support and provided a copy of my passport in hopes of obtaining assistance with setting up the authentication on my new device.

I have submitted tickets to Blizzard, but have not received any responses. I am a paying customer, not an employee, and I would appreciate it if someone at Blizzard could address and resolve the issue with their game. Specifically, on the Exiles Reach Sen'jin server as a Horde player, I keep getting disconnected when trying to move. I have already run a scan and repair, disabled tutorials (which still turn back on), and despite my efforts, the disconnections persist. It is frustrating that as a customer, I am required to troubleshoot these problems myself. I sent my alternate character gold and bags, and now I cannot delete the character, leaving me stuck without assistance. It is important for Blizzard to provide better customer service as I did not subscribe to have to fix their game's technical difficulties. I am a fan of World of Warcraft, but I am becoming increasingly frustrated and close to quitting. Please address and resolve my issue promptly.

I am expressing my frustration with the game "Overwatch." The current environment is challenging due to the toxic behavior of players who consistently choose overpowered heroes like Bastion, Symmetra, and Torbjorn. Bastion's turret form is dominating, making it difficult for other heroes to compete. Symmetra's turrets pose an immediate threat to nearby heroes, and Torbjorn's automated turret seems to have an unfair advantage. This situation is exacerbated by the matchmaking system, which sometimes pits stronger players against weaker ones, causing imbalanced matches and ruins the gaming experience for all involved. I urge for adjustments to be made in matchmaking and hero balancing to address these issues and improve the overall gameplay situation.

I am very angry at Blizzard! I have been playing this World of Warcraft game for a long time, but your last few expansions make no sense. I lost a lot of friends, so I have been playing solo these days. And guess what? You can't solo because everything is based on group play. Why have achievements if you need a group? Why is PvP so messed up, needing a group to gear up? Leveling gear is frustrating. Why can't old raids and dungeons be soloed? Blizzard seems to only care about group players. You left out solo players! The whole WoW experience is ruined. Only groups can earn gold, get powerful gear, and achieve success. Sort it out, Blizzard! Many solo players are upset because you prioritize brainless group players!

I seem to have an issue with my World of Warcraft account. My password is no longer working, even though it has been fine until now. I didn't share my password with anyone. However, I can't receive the code sent to my old phone number as I no longer use it. I share this account with a friend who doesn't use it anymore, and I wish to separate our accounts so that only my name is associated with WCG206. I want to update the email associated with the account to one I actively use, not [redacted] This problem occurred suddenly after logging out in the morning, then returning home around 9 pm. I am experiencing issues with my StarCraft game after Blizzard made changes to the graphics and introduced updates without my consent. The game is now unplayable as I cannot drag the map around using the right mouse button. I want Blizzard to be aware that their actions have made me unhappy. I have a 32-bit Windows dedicated game PC for playing StarCraft I and Warcraft III, and I have disabled Microsoft updates. Despite trying to communicate this directly to Blizzard, I have encountered unnecessary captchas and irrelevant form fields. I simply wanted to express my dissatisfaction with their behavior. I am not seeking a solution from Blizzard but rather intend to locate an original install without Battle.net interference. I have already contacted Blizzard Entertainment regarding my hacked account, [redacted], with the tag WCG206. I need help recovering my account, which I have had for a long time. Someone changed my password using what I believe to be an addon from CurseForge Overwolf. I forgot to mention in my initial message to Blizzard that the old phone number associated with the account WCG206 is [redacted], which I no longer use. I can now be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]. I am requesting Blizzard to change the password for [redacted] and send it to [redacted] so I can regain access to my World of Warcraft account that was stolen by a hacker.
